Our reasons for selecting Reliance for the job were based on the good recommendation for Reliance from a local trusted realtor and Reliance's helpfulness in advising us on the choice of the new furnace. Price was not an issue in the choice of furnace since all bids were within just a few dollars of one another; however, it was a factor since Reliance charges substantially (almost 30% less) for annual maintenance than the heating company we had been using. We were very pleased with the workman-like way Leo of Reliance replaced and installed our new furnace. We found him to be very efficient and professional. After installing the new furnace, he thoroughly cleaned up from the process, took the time to show us how to register our new furnace to assure that it will be under warranty, and how to file for the PSE energy rebate.
