It arrived and was installed but didn't fix the problem. Advised Paul of the situation who said that he would come back but we never saw him again. Spoke to another technician over the phone who told me that the board has nothing to do with the heating elements, it only controls the oven. He arrived and the problem was fixed. It was only the Relay which is located at back of the stove which Paul never checked or looked at. After many texts I was refunded the service call but I'm stuck with a $345 board. He claims that the board didn't have the new harness and other excuses but what he wouldn't admit to is that he misdiagnosed the problem and that the control board has Nothing to do with the heating elements.
