The price was good compared to other bids (not the least expensive but far from the most expensive). His communication was excellent the entire time, he was always very responsive and arrived exactly when he said he would. It is tough to find companies that hit all the marks, but Torbellinos gets 5 stars! 1. Great communication 2. Fast response 3. Good price 4. Showed up when they said they would 5. Did excellent work - great attention to detail 6. Left the job site spotless and seemed to really care about plants, etc. What more can you ask for! He communicated clearly what the fee was as well as giving me an estimate of when he would arrive. TnT wasn't like a lot of the Yelp companies who once I reached out on Yelp- I felt like I was being spammed with so many emails/messages. They were patient and didn't bug me about my pickup, but once I was ready for their service-- scheduling was quick and easy. When they arrived, Vincent and Tao introduced themselves; with Tao, the owner, telling me he was the one who I had been communicating with. Like I said- good communication! When all my stuff was in their trailer they swept up all the mess that my plumbers left. I'm super grateful for polite, quick and thorough service. I will definitely be calling them again when I get new appliances! Thank you, TnT! I feel like I have my home back!

My A/C unit wouldn't hold temp - not good for fine wines! My service call ($134) was scheduled for the next day in Ventura. He thoroughly cleaned the unit, tested it, and hung out long enough to be assured it was cooling. I'm lucky all that was needed was a deep cleaning of the coils! Bill educated me on how the unit operates, what he was doing every step of the way and gave me maintenance advice (other than what was in the manual). He left an hour ago and my cellar is already noticeably cooler! I was in a bind and Ajax came through for me!
