It was in pretty good shape, but it had a glossy finish and several minor scratches. Mike said he could bring it back to life, and boy, did he ever! We just got done setting it set up in our dining room and we could not be happier. Mike was responsive to my initial phone call and helpful in describing his services. The table was refinished and ready in a very short time period. I feel what I was charged was very reasonable and within our budget for the project.
