My parents are moving a couple miles across town and were in need of a dumpster to help with the clean up process. My dad had already purchased one but it unfortunately wasn't going to be big enough. I dialed the number on the side of the bin and planned to take over. I was born and raised in Santa Maria but have lived in Orange County for the last 18 years. My family always jokingly says things like, "We don't have that like you do in the BIG CITY!" So--for better or worse--I often find myself lowering my expectations when in Santa Maria. Not in a bad way: it's just DIFFERENT. Alex at Binz 2 You made me feel like we were in "the big city!" I phoned with some questions I ultimately ended up texting him (LOVE that option!) and he was prompt in responding. After not getting a quick reply from me, he phoned me to discuss things and avoid the back and forth (also LOVE that). He allowed me time to weigh our options and discuss things with my family and told me there was no rush. I made a decision quickly and decided to press my luck and ask if we could be his first delivery the next morning--to which Alex graciously agreed to! Overall, we were beyond pleased with the service. Alex was kind, knowledgeable, honest and always on our side. I don't know what other similar options would charge, but for us the price was more than affordable--since they drop off, leave you to it, and pick up around your schedule. If you're teetering on whether or not to go with Binz 2 You, take this as your sign to pull the trigger and place your order! read more
