It's equally useless. The online chat is clearly an AI that doesn't even respond to questions.I assume their business model is like HP, where they intentionally keep you on hold until you get so frustrated you give up. There is literally a door directly across from the infusion center door that goes to the outside. It is locked with a sign outside directing us to a different door that causes us to walk all the way to the end of the hallway. The nurses said it use to be open. I want to know why we can't use it. My daughter's last Dr. was excellent also but she has aged out of her Pediatric Dr so we needed to find someone new. We didn't have any problems getting new patient appointments and was seen within a week after calling. The lady who answered the phone was so pleasant and helpful and this also carried over to the front desk when we arrived. Dr. Wilkins answered all of my questions and my daughter's. She was patient and very pleasant and informative. She took her time, not rushing through. You can definitely tell she cares about her patients. I'm so happy we found her!

I took my son here because he had a wart on his foot. We went 2 times and the "treatment" literally…read moredid nothing. Fast forward and we get a bill for hundreds of dollars because they billed the appointments as though he received a surgical procedure which he did not. The Dr. was in the room with us for maybe 7 minutes and slathered a cream on my son's foot and put a bandage on it and that was it. They also said I only paid half of what I actually paid at the time of the appointment. I contacted insurance and they suggested I file an appeal with the drs office and the insurance company. When I called the drs office the billing department said they could not do anything since insurance paid the claim but when I told them about the appeal o was filing with insurance she then said she could submit it to be reviewed by the billing manager. If you go here, pay attention to the billing department or you may end up overpaying. Oddly enough I got a phone call shortly after I posted this preview and I figured I'd come back to share that a phone number from "china mainland" called me and it was someone calling from the billing department at advanced bone and joint... totally bizarre.

Three years ago, I had a stroke at home and no one was with me with Thanksgiving morning. My…read morehusband had run to pick up One granddaughter. We were all planning to go to my daughters for dinner and I was baking the turkey and dressing. I got out of the shower and I had a stroke and I lost consciousness and he came in about 15 minutes later and yelled at my granddaughter call 911 your Nana had a stroke within 45 minutes of them, arriving at my house, which was five minutes from when he called. They had me on the operating table and had the blood clot removed for my brain. I was fortunate enough to get 99% of all functions back and at the same time they did it CT scan and it went down a little too low, but they discovered I had lung cancer. I was also treated at David Pratt cancer center by the best oncologist I've ever seen Doctor Robert Frazer and now three years later I am in remission that they won't say cancer free for a lot of years, but they used a new procedure on me called CyberKnife. It's just another form of very strong radiation but no chemo no surgery just the CyberKnife treatments there's 6 1/2 times the strength of one radiation treatment, but you only do it five times and stay gone thank the Lord as far as I know.
