Did a virtual appointment before getting a EGD to see if I had a hiatal hernia which I already knew…read moreI had. He said it was small and didn't need to remove or do anything with during the sleeve procedure. I had given him a list of my medicines which shown I had been on acid reflux medication for a long time, but he agreed the sleeve would be a good choice. Got the sleeve done in July 2025. I had to spend 2 nights in the hospital following surgery because I don't deal well with anesthesia so after being rushed to walk around and also drink, I kept vomiting. Got that under control finally and was able to come home. Come October I started having horrible acid reflux. I couldn't eat, talk, or walk without vomiting. I called his office and went to see him. His words were "I am not saying you are lying, but I don't see anything wrong." On the edge of crying because what am I supposed to do now. He did up my stomach pill so now I am taking 80 mg of it in the morning and in the evening. Which by the way my insurance isn't covering this dose because well it is just uncalled for. Now I am on the schedule with the PA. I see her the next couple times. Come February 2026 visit I get a call to confirm my appointment and to pay my copay of $40 but I am in another doctor appointment so I cannot answer at that time. They leave a message. Before I am out of this appointment, I am looking at my email's and I see they canceled my appointment because I didn't call back and pay my co-pay. I called them back when I was out and asked why and that is what they told me. So we schedule for the following week. Not thinking the day they would call to collect my co-pay would be another day I would be in another appointment. Sure, enough the same thing happened. After this round of canceling, I decided at this moment they are not there to treat me, they are there to collect my money. I need a doctor who cares about my health not my money.

Dr. Frank reviewed all my previous therapies and listened to my concerns. He decided to try a steroid injection, even though I told him previous injections didn't help. He did the steroid injection differently, using ultrasound to guide the steroid along the inflamed plantar tendon. This injection took away my pain. The injection lasted approx 8 months. Symptoms started to return and I saw Dr. Frank again. He did another injection. Boom! After a week, no more discomfort! That was 2 years ago. I haven't needed treatment since. I love Dr. Frank! I saw him initially for strengthening/education/pain relief and management for a torn hip labrum and will be seeing him post surgery. -Greg took the time to listen to me and double checked information I was giving him about my injury and pain so that he could help me the best way possible. He stopped frequently to touch on topics that I brought up in order to better inform me of why something was happening. -Greg gave me VALUABLE education the entire time I was there. He did not make me feel rushed or like I was on a time limit. He used various skeletons, pictures, and hand outs to make sure I knew the anatomy of the problem, how the injury happened, and how the surgery will fix the problem. -Greg educated me on specific strengthening exercises not only for my problem areas, but for pain management. Also, he gave me exercises to strengthen the correct part of my arms to help with use of crutches. He made sure I knew exactly how to properly perform the exercises, how often to perform them, and also THE PURPOSE of them. He made sure I knew how they are going to help me pre surgery and post surgery. -He made me feel validated about my pain and the problems the injury caused in my daily life. He listened and was able to be more than supportive. Like I mentioned, I never felt rushed or as if he was busy and needed to move on to the next patient. Overall, Greg is the guy you need to go to for your physical therapy needs. That was until I found Dr. Greg, the the fact that he listened to me and made it a point to understand all the intricacies of what led up to my situation, including my past life and things that I have done over the years showed me that he truly customized my therapeutic sessions for me and no one else. This is not some generic bend here, stretch that, pick this up type of physical therapy. This is true rehabilitation and it helped me to regain my strength and get my life back in three months! Not years! I am simply amazed at the care, compassion, and one-on-one treatment that I got in his clinic. I have never received that before, even with the premium insurance that I have and the tens of thousands of dollars I spent before I found him, no one treated me like he's done. And he did it at a fraction of the cost! The best part of it all is I am now PAIN FREE for the first time in more than two years. Dr. Greg educated me on how to repair my body and prevent injuring it in the future by learning how to move correctly, understand the ways my body was communicating with me and how to listen to it. The methods he taught me I'll carry with me for the rest of my life and use them easily to prevent ever living with that kind of agony again. Chronic pain changes a person, it steals your hope, your happiness, your life. The resignation I felt after dealing with my pain and subsequent affects for years was causing me to think that life wasn't worth it sometimes. I was no longer living, merely existing. Dr. Greg changed that, he gave me back my vitality and strength. As cliche as it sounds, I truly want to say he saved my life. I'll be a patient for life for regular check-ups of my body mechanics and an advocate of his services. Thank you Doc and God bless you. You're a real hero in my book!
