There is literally a door directly across from the infusion center door that goes to the outside. It is locked with a sign outside directing us to a different door that causes us to walk all the way to the end of the hallway. The nurses said it use to be open. I want to know why we can't use it. I've been donating with impact life for 5 years now and usually I have a great experience but this…read moretime wasn't great compared to others. I came in for my appointment and was taken back immediately but the phlebotomist wasn't very friendly. I wasn't informed about when she was going to stick me and wasn't given the sheet where I was told my vital signs and the number to contact should anything go wrong. When I donate I sometimes get light headed and I did this time. She was prompt at helping me feel better but once I was done I wasn't told about what I need to do afterwards, and like I said before the number to call if anything were to go wrong. I have donated a lot now so I know those things but every time I have donated in the past the phlebotomist has told me what to do after the fact. Everyone has bad days and my overall experience with impact life is good so this was nothing that would detour me from coming back here, but I think in the future I will go to the mobile drives over the donor center. if I do go back to the donor center I'll make sure to update my review!

It is $700, that they are holding and earning interest on for the last 5 months. Yes I am upset about this. If you use this place DO NOT pay upfront, make them bill you, then they can't steal your money this way.

It's equally useless. The online chat is clearly an AI that doesn't even respond to questions.I assume their business model is like HP, where they intentionally keep you on hold until you get so frustrated you give up. A nurse behind me - who wouldn't even come to the front so I could see her- said that's fine but we treat very sick people here. I advised this is fine, sick people don't bother me. Then when registering I was told I owe a copay - with my plan I've exceeded my deductible I haven't paid a co pay at any doctors office since February nor have I been asked to.
