They use kinesiology tape on almost every patient that comes through the door. It is of limited therapeutic value. There's no science to back it up. It is just used to over-inflate the charges. When it does not stick it absolutely cannot work. They claim that I should have called them that day so they could re-apply the tape. I was in severe pain so I took a pain pill and went to bed. They offered an excuse that because it had been billed toward my insurance and applied to my deductible, that they could not adjust their charges. Absolute B.S. After reading a couple of my online reviews, they called the local police and said that I was harassing them. I'm just a blue collar guy calling it like it is and exercising my first amendment rights. My mom has been rear ended four times, causing a LOT of pain in her back and hips--one of her legs is shorter than the other as a result of slamming the breaks right after being hit to prevent the car from flying forward. Doctor Boen has offered my mom a lot of relief, with the addition of offering wellness advice. My mom got hip surgery, which helped her pain as well but still gets adjusted and feels relief from tension buildup. As for me, I started coming in more frequently in high school. I ran track and xc and still live a pretty active lifestyle. With running often comes injury, which was the case for me countless times. Doctor Boen not only adjusted me after hard workouts, but also laser treated my ankle fracture and gave me acupuncture. She also has shown me stretches for shin splints, which offered great relief. I highly recommend Christe! She is incredibly talented, caring, and personable; she wants you to feel better completely, adjustment and all. She has seen me grow up and always asks for a life update, which shows just how much she cares. -Abby

I had been going through a hellish cycle of pain for over two years and no amount of doctor visits…read moreor standard physical therapy helped to alleviate it. That was until I found Dr. Greg, the the fact that he listened to me and made it a point to understand all the intricacies of what led up to my situation, including my past life and things that I have done over the years showed me that he truly customized my therapeutic sessions for me and no one else. This is not some generic bend here, stretch that, pick this up type of physical therapy. This is true rehabilitation and it helped me to regain my strength and get my life back in three months! Not years! I am simply amazed at the care, compassion, and one-on-one treatment that I got in his clinic. I have never received that before, even with the premium insurance that I have and the tens of thousands of dollars I spent before I found him, no one treated me like he's done. And he did it at a fraction of the cost! The best part of it all is I am now PAIN FREE for the first time in more than two years. Dr. Greg educated me on how to repair my body and prevent injuring it in the future by learning how to move correctly, understand the ways my body was communicating with me and how to listen to it. The methods he taught me I'll carry with me for the rest of my life and use them easily to prevent ever living with that kind of agony again. Chronic pain changes a person, it steals your hope, your happiness, your life. The resignation I felt after dealing with my pain and subsequent affects for years was causing me to think that life wasn't worth it sometimes. I was no longer living, merely existing. Dr. Greg changed that, he gave me back my vitality and strength. As cliche as it sounds, I truly want to say he saved my life. I'll be a patient for life for regular check-ups of my body mechanics and an advocate of his services. Thank you Doc and God bless you. You're a real hero in my book!

I saw him initially for strengthening/education/pain relief and management for a torn hip labrum and will be seeing him post surgery. -Greg took the time to listen to me and double checked information I was giving him about my injury and pain so that he could help me the best way possible. He stopped frequently to touch on topics that I brought up in order to better inform me of why something was happening. -Greg gave me VALUABLE education the entire time I was there. He did not make me feel rushed or like I was on a time limit. He used various skeletons, pictures, and hand outs to make sure I knew the anatomy of the problem, how the injury happened, and how the surgery will fix the problem. -Greg educated me on specific strengthening exercises not only for my problem areas, but for pain management. Also, he gave me exercises to strengthen the correct part of my arms to help with use of crutches. He made sure I knew exactly how to properly perform the exercises, how often to perform them, and also THE PURPOSE of them. He made sure I knew how they are going to help me pre surgery and post surgery. -He made me feel validated about my pain and the problems the injury caused in my daily life. He listened and was able to be more than supportive. Like I mentioned, I never felt rushed or as if he was busy and needed to move on to the next patient. Overall, Greg is the guy you need to go to for your physical therapy needs. I wholeheartedly trust him and have extreme confidence in his ability to help people and provide appropriate and thorough education to his clients. I am SO happy I found him and have him on my team to help me with my recovery!

A warning to anyone considering this practice…read more I went to Gateway Center for Sleep Apnea & TMJ Therapy for a sleep appliance and ordered the recommended EMA Nylon device after a positive initial visit. Shortly afterward, I asked some basic questions about the appliance's material safety and which laboratory was producing it--reasonable questions for a device worn and bitten on nightly for years. I was sent vague, outdated documents from Germany that didn't even address my questions. When I asked for clarification, I was abruptly told by "Belinda" (Dr Postal's assistant/wife?) that I was no longer a patient and that no further questions would be answered. I later went to the office in person, in good faith, to clear up what I assumed was a misunderstanding--especially since I had already ordered and paid for the appliance. Upon seeing me, Belinda refused to speak with me, locked the door to the hallway, and secretly called the police to trespass me while I was discussing the matter with the front desk. The behavior I witnessed suggests something very sketchy is going on, and I would strongly caution anyone considering care here. Any practice that deals with a concerned patient by hiding in the back of the office and secretly calling the police to intimidate you rather than providing basic product safety or sourcing transparency is likely hiding a lot more, and almost certainly does NOT have your care as their top priority
