You want your white gold bridal bands rhodium dipped, you will pay per ring. So the way to get this cheaper is to solder them together, which you will pay for. By the way, because they don't tell you this, when you solder them together they may not fit. You should consider getting them resized. Oh and they charge for that too. You want your appraisal updated, it's not free. Over the past year I have apparently chipped three diamonds. I did not know diamonds chipped, apparently that's a thing. I understand paying for them, but find it funny that I have had these rings for several years and never had an issue until recently. I have another ring from a mall jeweler and they stand by all the work. I lost a diamond and they replaced it for free. They rhodium dip my ring for free. Recently they resized it for free. They also reinforced the back of the band that I thought was thining for free. I am supposed to get this ring checked every six months for the warranty to be valid and have not because I have not been wearing it, it just sits in my jewelry box. That's okay, they recently checked it and re-validated the warranty. I have also purchased jewelry at Kessler's. Kessler's is amazing! They have a great warranty and stand behind their work and all your purchases. If I need anything done in the future I will be going to Kessler's. We will never go back to Gold Creations. They have lost our business. I used to tell everyone to go there I will now be telling everyone NOT to go there! Word of mouth is a great marketing tool!

It's hard to find or trust a jeweler and Scott easily earned my business for life! Scott is patient, caring, and sincere, and truly loves his job. He looked at my ring and explained what needed to be done for repair. He also alerted me that the stone had damage-cracks but he would do his best. When he received the parts he started working on the ring and during the process broke the stone. He called me immediately and told me the unfortunate news and said that he had another stone on order at his expense. When I got the ring back it was perfect, and the stone is of much better quality than I previously had. Scott and I looked in books and online for ideas for the pendant I want to redesign. Even though I had my heart set on some designs he told me the honest truth about the flaws in the designs and produced a design that will not only be beautiful, it will last for years, and it will be reasonable! He added higher quality stones at a discount & gave me a very good price on old/unworn jewelry. Even though I haven't presented the payment yet and the project is on hold, I'm very excited to get the piece completed. I can't wait to work with Scott again! Grandma Carol (now happily retired) walked me through a variety of styles taking note each time of what I liked and didn't until she presented me with a set that combined all the elements that had made my face light up. With my part done my fiance went back and looked through the loose diamonds until he found the perfect center stone. They serviced my ring repeatedly over the years. Sizing it up while I was pregnant and back down after my babies were born. They repaired a shank that cracked because I wore my ring to the gym while lifting weights and repaired a prong that I snagged and bent. For our 20th anniversary we had a custom enhancement made that made me fall in love with my ring all over again. I have other pieces from Kessler's as well: earrings, several chains and my favorite cross necklace. I hadn't needed anything in several years, but am now looking for another piece of bling. I showed up at the Brookfield store and was greeted by Ari who was able to read my mind and guide me to the perfect ring for me. She ordered one brought over from another store and has done some incredible logistical coordination setting a loose diamond into a Kessler's setting. There are a few extra costs when the center stone isn't purchased from them (cost to set the stone and an appraisal fee), but that seems logical to me. They are and will continue to be my jeweler!! When I showed my watch to one of the associates, he admired how unique the bezel looked and commented on it. You can tell the employees here are passionate about jewelry and watches. While I was waiting for my watch battery to be replaced, I took a quick look at all the gorgeous pieces that they have at the store. I noticed unique antique pieces as well as gemstones and diamonds. A gorgeous pink tourmaline piece caught my eye and I fell in love with how unique it looked. The next day I found out that the ring had a spot on the metal and I brought it back where the amazing jewelers fixed it up! He is now well informed so I expect this practice to stop immediately. If they break your jewelry while attempting to make a repair YOU have the right to tell them to stop and give you all the pieces so you can take it elsewhere if that is your desire. At minimum, they must call you and tell you what needs to be done, how much it will cost and get your approval before doing anything else. I didn't ask for anything more than a sizing and the cleaning that comes with it. She did me a favor and gave me a discount Seriously?! So I'm not familiar with this special cleaning they did and look it up. Google ai says " Rhodium Plating: Commonly used on white gold and silver, this process involves plating the jewelry with a thin layer of rhodium--a rare, white precious metal. This gives the jewelry a bright, silvery-white look and provides a protective coating that prevents tarnish and scratches." Did I mention my ring is YELLOW GOLD? So why would someone just naturally assume to plate my yellow gold ring?! Will never step foot back there again. I'll bet Paul's spinning in his grave that this is how his business is being run!
