I am very unhappy with my recent experiences with Gold Creations. There are no warranties, guarantees, and they totally nickel and dime you if you need any work on the jewelry you purchased at their store. Nothing is free. You want your white gold bridal bands rhodium dipped, you will pay per ring. So the way to get this cheaper is to solder them together, which you will pay for. By the way, because they don't tell you this, when you solder them together they may not fit. You should consider getting them resized. Oh and they charge for that too. You want your appraisal updated, it's not free. Over the past year I have apparently chipped three diamonds. I did not know diamonds chipped, apparently that's a thing. I understand paying for them, but find it funny that I have had these rings for several years and never had an issue until recently. I have another ring from a mall jeweler and they stand by all the work. I lost a diamond and they replaced it for free. They rhodium dip my ring for free. Recently they resized it for free. They also reinforced the back of the band that I thought was thining for free. I am supposed to get this ring checked every six months for the warranty to be valid and have not because I have not been wearing it, it just sits in my jewelry box. That's okay, they recently checked it and re-validated the warranty. I have also purchased jewelry at Kessler's. Kessler's is amazing! They have a great warranty and stand behind their work and all your purchases. If I need anything done in the future I will be going to Kessler's. We will never go back to Gold Creations. They have lost our business. I used to tell everyone to go there I will now be telling everyone NOT to go there! Word of mouth is a great marketing tool! read more

I walked into this store with the intention of looking at engagement rings. One customer was in front of some of the rings, which I wasn't too interested in and there was another FAMILY spread out across the rest of the other jewelry cases. There were two customers who were guys slouching around on the chairs and their other 3 family members hoover over the rest of the counter. They had trays out and were looking from them, but the sales representative didn't do anything to move them, so I could see some rings. The sales representative didn't even bother to say hi to me either. With that, I checked out and will never return to Gold Creations. Better luck to whoever goes there. read more

We bought my wedding rings here several years ago, and I come in yearly to have them cleaned and checked. I'm always pleased with the results. Recently my daughter was visiting and had a small crack on the band of her 7 yr old engagement ring (it was NOT purchased at Gold Creations, but still a quality piece). She was skeptical to let anyone work on it because a friend of hers had her diamond replaced with a lesser quality one at a jeweler in CA. I assured her it would be fine, and then Tony came out and also assured her it would be taken care of correctly and he and his staff prioritized it so it would be ready before she had to fly home. It looked AMAZING-the crack was gone, the rhodium was applied and the diamond was as brilliant as could be- she was thrilled!! I had two pieces of jewelry custom made, nothing elaborate. The first was not exactly what I wanted but wasn't bad. I spent around $500.00 dollars to have the gold melted down and turned into a bracelet. The second piece was a medal that I wanted embedded in silver and turned into a bracelet. This was a two year process because I did not like what they had done to the medal and no one called me the third time to tell me the work was completed. The original bracelets closure was too difficult to handle for one person so I went back to the store to see if the could chage the closure. I also checked to see if they still had my medal and was going to buy a pair of earring while I was there. The female sales associate was very accommodating and wanted to be helpful. I explained that I wanted to have the closure changed and I also was very suprised at the price of the medal, just under $450.00 and it still was not what I wanted. I questioned the price as I had only spent 500.00 on the previous bracelet and it was more work. There was something wrong with what I was being charged and again, it was not what I wanted. The store owner who's name I believe was Tony came over and was incredibly rude. I will except the fact that this was a two year process and I should have followed thru on my end as well however there was no need to be rude. He was completely put out by my presence and when questioned he made some reference to the tires on his car. I had never been spoken to the way this store owner spoke to me, could the fact that I am a minority have something to do with it? Was it that I was not wearing an expensive coat, I had my late fathers winter jacket on because it has special meaning. This store owners lack of professionalism and incredible rudeness made me want to get out of that store as quickly as possible. I paid the outragous charge for the medal, took back the bracelet I wanted to have fixed and decided not to buy any earrings. He clearly needed the money more than I did so I paid and left and willmnever return to Gold Creations! Tony is the ultimate service-oriented business owner. Through a miscommunication (90% my fault) he thought the wedding was two weeks later than it actually was. When I went in to the store to pick up the wedding ring on Friday it was not finished and the gem setter had left for Illinois. Tony called the gem setter back. Later Tony drove out to Delafield to meet me in a McDonald's parking lot and deliver the ring. Two luxury cars meeting up at McDonalds and exchanging a small package after 9:00 pm? I thought the cops would be there in an eye blink. It meant a lot to my wife to get her "real" ring in the wedding ceremony. Tony has taken good care of this ring and other jewelry ever since. Having read the two reviews below, I needed to give an honest assessment. Our wedding rings were purchased at Gold Creations. Every time we're there, they polish them like new, free of charge. My wife had custom cufflinks made for me as a gift. FANTASTIC. One of them became loose, and they repaired it for free. Less than a week. We recently went in to have a pearl replaced on a ring for my wife and I was shopping for a very specific watch. Both of these items were handled in moments. My wife wanted to look at a number of different items from earings to rings. Mind you? THey KNEW we were just shopping. The sales staff took excellent care of us, answered all our questions, provided expertise and additional information that we would not have thought to ask. In many instances, sales staff provided other ideas of items that were less expensive than what we were looking for as in thier opinion it may have been a better fit. My wife introduced me to Gold Creations, and within moments, I knew we had found our jeweler. They are incredibly knowledgeable, trustworthy, and stand behind their products. If they do not have what you are looking for, they will find it, or they will make it.
