    So this is what happpend to us when we moved in with First Realty…read more Before we moved in, we thoroughly inspect the unit, and asked First Realty, changes which needs to be done before we move in. As once one settled in, its hard to do the cleanup and changes. As a part of the changes, we have asked for the Oven maintainence, Bathroom repair and carpetr change. Now, here what happened next. 1. In Auburn , lease end date is 31st of July and the move in date is 13th of Aug, where no one is reponsoble or will ever manage your accomodation for 13 days. 2. You have to pay the rent before you move in, and the next month due from 1st of Sep, which means , all of us are paying for 13 days for actually nothing. 3. We moved in, and its been almost a week, still the stove and the bathroom is not fixed. We are following up every day, sometime the manager does not pick up the phone, sometime the person just transfer the call knowing its not going to go anywhere. When we met them in person, the excuse was, there are lots of unit they have to manage. 4. Last but not the lease, for the oven, someone came and verified already, and after that, its been 5 days nothing happend, when we follow up (of course in person, and phone will do no good to you), they said that person is sick now, and someone new will come to do the same thing again and then it will take time to have things fixed. So, here we are, 13 days we have stayed in different friends place, Airbnb, spending money to buy food and to stay. Now its almost a month, we do have a place now to stay, but no option to cook and still spending money to eat outside and have no options.

It was literally cleaner than when I moved in, and I had pictures of every room and the carpet. He returned $416.50 and kept $533.50 citing petty reasons that were ridiculous. Folmar Realty Co Inc was the name on the check that I received. If I could give them a negative number review, I would.

They only care about money, and seeing as this is a management company in a college town, the fact that they don't like people makes me wonder why the people who work here chose this career or why they should have one at all. These people are middle-aged, choosing to yell and degrade people everyday. They will talk down to you, gaslight you, and never admit any wrongdoings even if all proof goes against them. If it is financially feasible for you to do so, stay away from this place. P.S. I wonder if Thomas will ever get that stick that's stuck up his ass out. Chill out dude, it's pathetic.

My daughter is 2 weeks from moving in and her lease was signed for $1300 but now wants $1500. Charges deposit, and 2 months rent to get out of the lease they already have another renter for. Greedy and very rude about "holding my daughter ransom". I may look into hiring an attorney for her just to prove a point that being rude and mean doesn't win. Thomas, I hope you don't treat your family like this and I hope your mother doesn't know how you hurt the people you deal with. She will be VERY disappointed.

First and foremost, the room was clean and quite comfortable. We had a one bedroom suite with a double balcony overlooking one of the golf course holes. The king size bed in this room is one of the most comfortable beds that I've experienced in a Marriott property, And I average about 90-100 nights in Marriott properties per year. For the most part, the staff experience was friendly and very welcoming. Check in experience was exceptional, as was most of the bar and restaurant service. I did not get to experience the golf courses, but plan to come back and target that is a priority. Both the pool bar and hotel bar staff were excellent, professional, and very friendly. The options at both were very good. The Caesar salad at the pool bar was exceptional and the flatbread pizza was pretty good as well. The restaurant breakfast on my first morning was absolutely exceptional both in options, quality, taste and service. The biscuit bar with tomato gravy, sausage, gravy, and shrimp étouffée as options was awesome. Unfortunately, my second morning experience was not as pleasant. Different server with just poor quality service and attitude overall and the same hot foods that I enjoyed the day before or somehow lukewarm. The third morning that I went down for breakfast, it appeared there was a long line, and the hostess was the same server as I had on day, two, and appeared to be working service as well. Long story, short, I came back one more time and there was still a line about 30 minutes later so I just gave up on breakfast. I love the fact that this property has planned activities as well. They were even serving up s'mores on certain nights, had live music and other activities throughout the afternoons. Although we did not go to most of the activities, the fact that they were offered and explained was something I haven't seen it very many properties.
