It took me a while to decide. I didn't havehigh expectations since was told that even permanent make up will not add a contour ..only color . My lips were getting pretty pale with aging so I decided to go for it. Arina took time to draw perfect shape before she did the job so I was confident. Now after 2 month I love the results! Most days I don't even bother to use a lipstick. My lips have a beautiful , natural looking contour I always wanted!! They look fuller and brighter. I'm now addicted:) I think it's totally worth the investment. I'm thinking to do my eyebrows next.. She is a professional who listens and delivers. Highly recommend Arina!! The space she works from is very cool and the area has tons of street parking.

Just don't do it…read more Permanent makeup is forever -- and so is a tattoo artist's mistake. I trusted Arina with my eyelids and walked away with a disaster: One eye is tattooed, and the other isn't. So now I have permanent makeup on one eye and nothing on the other -- the exact opposite of the effortless look I paid good money for. The anti-muse. When I pointed this out, on the table and in text, Arina handed me $200 and told me to go elsewhere. She refused to fix her own work. Now I'm stuck wearing makeup every single day, or else I look like a one eyed monster Picasso. And now I am hunting for another artist willing to guess the color she used -- because she offered zero help, zero documentation, and zero accountability. And I will have to pay all over again. No reputable artist wants to correct someone else's botched job. Only Arina has the history, and she walked away the moment she realized she made a mistake. Do yourself a favor: go somewhere else. Or just don't do it! Now I wish I had the luxury of having no make up on. Plus it's extremely painful. I have had other cosmetic tattoos, and none this painful (or botched).

I am absolutely blown away by the incredible job Tiffani at Beauty Lab did! I should have posted after my first appointment in Feb 2026 -- from the moment I walked in, she took such great care to make sure I was comfortable. She is truly an artist--her attention to detail and precision are unmatched. I just had my 6-week touch-up, and I couldn't be happier with the results. My brows look natural, beautifully shaped, and better than I ever thought possible. I wholeheartedly recommend Tiffani at Beauty Lab --do yourself a favor and book with her. An era that most people later regret because of their current thin to nonexistent brow situation. But then came microblading which I completely didn't understand. After seeing my friends and coworkers with their newfound brows, and talking to them about it, I went through with finding the person to give me a face back. It's a big decision to go with anyone that's putting any work on your money maker. You may end up with permanent inquisitive, sad, angry brows... or something that looks like straight up sharpie.. I am so thankful I found Chrissy.. she not only took the time to talk me off the ledge, but gave me a lot of confidence with walking through the procedure and expectations. Invest in yourself and give yourself the brows you didn't know you were missing. I've deleted all photos of my past pre-microblading.. but check me out now... they look so natural! And I don't have to wake up every morning filling them in.

There are 2 parts to my review. One is positive; the other is not-so-positive…read more Christine was very sweet and kind and spent awhile with me working on a rough draft of my eyebrows. She explains things well and is easy to communicate with. I was also told that would need to put a non-refundable deposit of $100 - IF I chose to have the work done. At this point in time, perhaps I was to hasty in giving her the deposit, since I wasn't sure I wanted to go through with it. I tried to get used to the work Christine had done - but decided that I did not like it even though she explained she would work on them to make it better during the appointment. 2 days later, I decided that I didn't want to go through with the procedure and I informed Christine of my decision. Since I changed my mind within a few days and my appointment was a month away; I assumed Christine would do the right & professional thing by returning my deposit. But, she re-explained that it was non-refundable. After contacting other practitioners; they also required a non-refundable deposit but they also said that that under similar circustances, they would have returned my deposit since my appointment was so far away. If it was within a week away, that would be different. So, I felt this policy was too rigid and lacked flexibility considering the timing/circumstances. I was too hasty in giving her my deposit; and I feel she was unprofessional in not returning it given the specific circumstances. Otherwise, Christine was great. I just wanted to warn people not to be too hasty in giving Christine a deposit.

After seeing my review, Malie reached out to me. I always say there are two types of business…read moreowners - ones who could care less about the customer feedback and ones who take customer feedback seriously and take it as a chance to improve. Malie is the ladder, luckily. Malie sent me a professional email to rectify the situation by offering to take a look at my lashes and also offering to pay for a month's supply of Latisse (albeit, this didn't cover the $300+ I paid for the lashes that only lasted less than 2 weeks plus time spent growing back my lashes and time spent having to apply fake lashes daily until my natural lashes grew back to normal, but I took her up on her offer). Malie also reached out to the company of the lash extensions regarding my situation. I didn't feel like she was trying to buy a better review out of me either - it was genuine. And I'm glad to know she didn't cut my lashes. To be fair, my lash hairs were pretty fine (more fine than anyone I've seen) so the extensions could have just been too much for my lashes and now I know. The Latisse has worked phenomenally. It's been almost 1 month and my lashes have definitely grown longer and I think they are a tad thicker. All in all, it'll work out in the end and the way Malie professionally handled this experience shows she really cares about taking care of her clients.
