I was thrilled to sign up for these certifications. Unfortunately, after my two-day certification things went downhill. After you give them your money, they could care less about you! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. AFTER PAYING $5,340.00 (not including product for the Lip Cert.) for 2 certifications and an apprenticeship, I was told I would be TURNED AWAY by the owner Danielle Greisen. if I tried to come in for my apprenticeship, because I could not book on their app that NEVER works. I have countless text messages stating that my opinions are an outburst. And she threats that she will terminate your contract if she doesn't like what you have to say. If you want a good education or have an opinion about the money you spend and what you learn or if they are being unprofessional and you say something, (remember you do have the right to speak and have an opinion in this world!) I would go somewhere else. Because that is a lot of money. Especially during these ever-changing times. Danielle Greisen is "Playing Business." She is rude, greedy, and unprofessional. I felt very uncomfortable, ostracized and constantly gaslighted by Danielle and going to that establishment. They play favorites. For example, Danielle will let one student come in and bring their own machine. Yet another student was told NO, that she had to buy theirs, by Danielle. Was it because the student was black??? Thats how the student felt when she was telling me. The only reason she has good yelp reviews is because she bribes her students with free product. I know, I was one of them. THIS IS A FLUFF AND PUFF BUSINESS WHERE THEY THINK THEY KNOW EVERYTHING AND EVERYONE ELSE IS STUPID. I've been an Aesthetician since 2009. Considering all the certifications Ive done and working for a plastic surgeon I know when someone cannot do business and is very unprofessional.  And I have never had a problem before. They don't have enough people working. Usually 2 people! And after four years they don't have a manager because they're greedy and cheap.  Danielle Greisen thinks she can run her business, take clients, and teach students with four kids. Everyone knows about it because she talks about herself constantly.  She even forgets to pick up her kids sometimes and treats her husband like crap at her place of business. I know this because it happens in front of students and clients. Yes, the studio is pretty and cute. Thats it. Oh, and she makes you call her Miss Danielle. LOL Everyone is Miss someone. It is very fake. Most weeks I tried to book for class and their app didn't work so I could not go in. I would text Danielle to see if I could go in and she would not reply until it was too late or like I stated before, she said she would TURN ME AWAY. She needs a lesson in Customer Service or a prescription. A lot of other students have this problem. And then you must pay extra to keep going when you have missed too much class due to their app not working. RIDICULOUS. read more

Had the most pleasant experience with Danielle and her students. I had microshading done over my microblading from few years ago. They truly care about customer satisfaction and comfort. I was afraid to speak up what I wanted but Danielle made me feel so welcomed to express my opinion. She will also explain and guide you how it will turn out. Such a great experience! I was fortunate enough to have multiple eyes on my brows since there was a class to observe! I originally chose Microbladers because of the fact that they gave classes on their technique. I went for the bombshell package that included a microblade brow and lash lift & tint. I am in love with my eyebrows! Gretchen was super patient with me when I had to ask for multiple layers of numbing cream. The pain really wasn't that bad I'm just not use to what it feels like to have a tattoo. She truly makes sure you are in charge for the shape you prefer and color of your brows.
