    Definitely the place to be. I absolutely love this store. Wish they were closer. We need to bring back the All-in-one computer stores. Remember Circuit City, Comp USA, Tiger Direct and Radio Shack plus Best Buy and New egg all rolled into one this is Micro Center. The associates are top notch and know their stuff. They are approachable and ready to assist you with anything from building your own computer to home security to software to gaming and televisions. Anything for your electronics needs. It was funny watching a bunch of men leaving the store excited pushing shopping carts full of computer stuff and big screen televisions lol. Boy did they look happy lol. If you get a chance stop by a Mico Center store. Great atmosphere and great staff.

    I am personally a fan of Micro Center myself. I purchased my Lenovo Laptop here. Plenty of parking and really attentive staff. Still not sure if the are just that helpful and attentive or just making sure you don't jack anything. Maybe both?! Unfortunately this visit was a busy. We brought in my partners Microsoft Surface and they were unable to work on those as they have to be sent off to Microsoft due to the way the are built. Good to know but was hoping they could fix. Knowledgeable, friendly staff, and you can almost always find someone to ask for help if they don't find you first. Absolutely recommend.

    My laptop stopped charging intermittently and was giving me an error about my AC charger's wattage…read morenot being recognized. I don't usually go for tech support unless I've tried everything on my own, and everything I had read about it from other people said that it was a potential problem with the charge port or, worse case, the charge circuit. Knowing this would require some heavy duty internal work and since I was on a time crunch, I called Quality PC asking for help. I was told I had a battery problem. I told him the battery was fine, the diagnostics on the BIOS were fine, and I was getting an error about my AC charger's wattage not being recognized. He told me "charge the battery to 100% and if it quits early it's a battery problem". I told him I couldn't charge the battery because my AC charger wasn't being recognized and the battery just runs down to 0 even when it's plugged in. He said "I'm trying to help you here", insisted it was the battery, told me to buy a new one, and left it at that. $160 and a week later, I installed my new battery and guess what? Same error. And I got to go on a 2-week business trip on another continent not knowing if my work laptop was going to kick the bucket and just not charge on any given day. I don't know if they didn't want the business or what, but the level of dismissiveness I got was inconvenient and shitty, and a major waste of time and money.

My computer now is running as efficient as the day I purchased it. My computer is five years old and it is refreshing to have the confidence that it may run another five more years.     The store manager, Zachary, was outstanding--truly a 5/5 experience…read more Unfortunately, my interaction with the Post Purchase Team was extremely disappointing. I don't write many reviews, and when I do--positive or negative--it's because the experience was significant. I make a point to remain respectful and constructive, but this situation warrants direct feedback. My wife and I travel frequently for work and needed a replacement laptop immediately. She located one at this store and placed an order for one-hour pickup. Given the higher price point, the credit card company requested verification, which we fully understand and promptly completed. At this time the payment had been processed and the laptop was onsite!!! We were then connected with the Post Purchase Team. Despite the issue being resolved, the representative and their manager, Ssyed, refused to allow the store to release the laptop. This was particularly frustrating because the store manager confirmed there were two physically available units and was willing to provide one. Instead, we were told we would need to wait until the 17th for fulfillment--despite the product already being in stock at that location. As travelers, we may not even be in town by then, making this solution impractical. Additionally, Ssyed declined to provide a last name and was unwilling to deviate from scripted responses, repeating the same information without addressing the situation. This lack of flexibility and problem-solving made an already frustrating experience worse. For context, the majority of my company's expenses are with Walmart, Home Depot, and Best Buy. Experiences like this directly influence where we choose to do business. If not for Zachary's professionalism and willingness to help, I would strongly consider moving future electronics purchases elsewhere. Brick-and-mortar retailers already face increasing competition, and employees like Ssyed do little to inspire confidence in Best Buy's ability to retain customer loyalty.

After sitting outside for 30 min before open and then another 10 inside we found out they had nothing left by watching 4-5 people walk up to the counter to immediately leave with nothing in hand. A simple heads up for the line of "we have x amount of this and y amount of that" would go a long way in people possibly returning. Leaving a line there knowing you don't have enough for everyone and not communicating that is unprofessional.

    I needed to replace my hard drive. I started receiving errors on 2 year old Dell Inspiron computer…read morewith Intel 1TB hard drive. On startup (suddenly) I started seeing a Dell Alarm screen reporting bad disk sector(s). I have MS Windows 10 - Office 2016. One very knowledgeable tech came and looked at it and his opinion was it was a "false positive" and to simply continue backing up which I did for a while... backing up around 400,000 data files plus two (current and archive) Ouitlook .pst files. I also purchased a replacement 1 TB hard drive ( Samsung 1 TB 870 "EVO SSD hard drive and SSD/HDD mounting frame at Microcenter.... just in case. Being nervous Nellie myself I finally researched to find another reliable computer expert tech to replace. Luckily I cam across Justin Brown at Fit-It Computer Repair - Columbus OH. Justin came and picked up the computer and returned it the next day. He basically mirrored the entire drive to assure that it would be exactly the same as the old system ... this basic copies .. sector-by-sector and installs on the new disk the great advantage being ... none of the software has to be reinstalled and none of the settings ... a mirror of the original. I could not be happier and to add to it Justin is very competent and a great person to work with. I would give "10 stars" if I could.
