This was possibly one of the worst restaurant experiences I have ever had. Service was awful. The servers were friendly but forgetful, slow, and not attentive. The wings were good but that's about it. My salad was tasteless and ingredients sad looking. Crab cakes were more like flattened pancakes. Seaweed salad tasted liked feet according to my husband. I actually heard another patron complaining about her experience loudly as well. Will not be returning. It's a shame since it's a nice location. Management get with it! read more

Food is just ok for the price. Nothing to write home about. For how empty the restaurant was the service was slow. Got a roast beef sandwich with a side of French onion soup--the soup was half breadcrumbs. The olace was packed but lucky there was a table available so we were seated immediately. We shared 3 dozen wings and the pub fries. The chili fries was a HUGE amount that could fill 3 people up alone as a meal. The wing sauces were just okay, nothing special and limited. Try the house, amber, and hot sauces because the others don't seem good. The wings itself were a good size but overfried so the skin was too hard. This place is still good if you are in the area and want food and drinks (the drink menu is large but I didn't order any). First time visit, fast seating, fast service, beautiful waitresses, and the food. Had Slamming Salmon, was warned it was spicy, but did not know it was swimming in hot peppers! Came for a weekend lunch food was prepared how I liked it. Had the 1/4 rack ribs for $5.99 (special) didn't think for that price any side would be provided but it came with real FF and some very good coldslaw. AMAZING food/atmosphere!!! Was seated right away but it was pretty busy. Drinks were delivered within 10 minutes of getting here. Food order take and delivered within a 25minute period!! Drinks refilled constantly never asked. Food came out hot and delicious!! App nachos were so huge that a group of six could eat it and still have left overs! Shortly after moving to Lititz, some friends and I decided to go here for dinner before a movie. Around 3 in the afternoon, we walked into the bar and seated ourselves.. After staring at the taps for about 5 minutes, the bartender finally came over and asked us if we would like a drink. Normally, when people are staring at beer taps, that means they are probably thirsty for a beer. After taking our orders, she brought back beers, but no menu. Not great service. Lynn was our waitress today 12/20/15 and we were headed to see star wars she could be more sensitive to that. She did not push us out but gave us our check so we could pay and leave so we could go in get in line for the movie. Our food was brought out in a timely manner and it was hot. I've been to this pub four or five times since it opened a month or so ago. They have a decent beer selection and the food is better than one would expect at a pub. Nice open layout with plenty of light. Service is excellent...pleasant and attentive. I will continue to go here and highly recommend it to others. Kids seem to be welcome. read more

Went to see a movie this evening and thought we would go to Mick's. I was definitely unimpressed. I asked for a water no lemon our blonde server brought my water and forgot the no lemon part. No harm no foul. I didn't say anything however when she was getting our food order I did remove the lemon so I could take a sip. This must have annoyed her because when I handed her my menu she yanked it from my hands. Drastically enough that I realized my error in removing the lemon must have annoyed her. I eat out often enough and can honestly say I have never had a server yank a menu from me or give me attitude like this. I looked at the rest of the meal as a fresh separate incident. The food was okay it was nothing to amazing Scooters will be were we go next time. I gave this one star because I could not leave a starless review. read more

The experience started off with a wait time of about 15 minuets, which I suppose is ok since it is a Friday night. The food wasn't exactly my taste, I'm not a fan of sandwiches and I couldn't exactly find anything I was thrilled with, but most will. I just happen to be picky. I settled on the harvest salad with the chicken and replaced the hot bacon dressing with blue cheese dressing. The salad was a little big to finish, but it will not leave you full if that's what you want it will only leave you satisfied. My one problem with the restaurant was the music. It was extremely too loud plus all the other conversation happening it was hard to hold a conversation myself, especially with someone across the table. This was a very minor and I'm assuming temporary issue but the toilet was clogged to the top with toilet paper. Overall the restaurant was good, I just don't know if it would be my number one recommendation in the area. read more

Went for drinks and just something to much on tonight- got their margarita which I am a huge fan of, and will pay the $7 willingly. I ordered a SIDE of fries, meaning a small plate of fries (I've done this at many other restaurants and it's usually no more than $4-$5), I got my check back and my fries were $6.95!! I asked the waitress why the price was 4 cents less than their burger special for that night and she didn't seem to know why. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Our apps came out before our actual dinner and when our dinner did come out the waitress didn't know what table it was supposed to go to. This not only happened at my table but it also happened to a few other tables. Our food was cold and the food wasn't that great either. I was very disappointed with the service but mostly upset with the food. It was bland. It had no flavor. The main flavor I tasted with my buffalo chicken wrap was salt. Granite it did have bacon in it but the buffalo sauce was overly salty. I was also upset about the heat level of my wings. I ordered 6 of their suicide wings. Now I love hot food so I was expecting my mouth to be on fire. This wasn't the case. It had a small kick to it but didn't have the intense burning spice I was seeking. Plus the waitresses looked absolutely miserable. Every single one looked pissed off and seemed like they all hated their jobs and didn't wanna be there. Been at Mick's location enough times to know what to expect with the food and service. Tomato bisque is delicious! Very similar to how Fireside Tavern prepares it. Wings for the most part are delicious. The last experience there was a forgettable one. Our waitress copped an attitude the minute we told her what we wanted. She cut off my friend as he was about to say what he wanted for his entree. She said in a rather loud voice "that's huge and you really want to order that?" After the orders were completed never once did she ever check back to see how the food was or ask if we needed more beverages. My friends entree which was the scampi was literally swimming in a pool of oil and the pasta was completely overcooked. The waitress came back when we just got our entrees and with her back facing us said in a sarcastic voice "enjoy your meal." All the staff did the whole time was eat a staff meal while there are still customers at the bar. Wouldn't recommend that while you still have customers there. There's much better places to have a good meal and watch sports but more importantly not getting attitude from the staff. read more

Not wasting my time driving here again. My first experience was spent with my dad and grandma. We all ordered drinks and when our waiter asked to see my ID he checked it out front & back and even tried bending it to see if it was a fake.... like yes, I am out with my father and 80 year old grandmother and you really think I'm trying to use a fake ID??? I thought it was extremely rude and disrespectful. The next time I was in I again drove 45 minutes out of my way to give it a second shot during their happy hour only to not get served because I was with my 20 year old brother and apparently, though I am 25, it was illegal for our waitress to serve me because I was not TWENTY SIX. like please. I have been a waitress for 9 years and I have never heard of this. Whether it was a "law" or not I did not appreciate the snappy "well I'm going to have to see both of your IDs" immediately after I said I'd like to have a drink. At the suggestion of our oldest son, who really likes the place, we visited on August 5 for dinner. We were seated right away, which for us was great on a Friday evening. Our server was very prompt, and our drinks were delivered just as promptly. We ordered the crab dip appetizer, which was very, very good. Our dinner orders took a bit longer than I thought, but we was OK because we weren't in a rush. I ordered the Maryland sliders, which came with crab fries. The crabcakes in the sliders were very good [and I'm a crabcake snob], but the fries were cold. My wife ordered a crock of cream of tomato soup, and she was very happy with it, and she also ordered a house salad that could have fed a family of four! Our sons ordered a buffalo chicken wrap and the shepherd's pie respectively. My wife felt overly-air conditioned, and the atmosphere was very loud. I don't even have to words to completely describe how disappointed I was yesterday with the service I received. I went in for drinks after a movie, other then the first time our server Stevie never asked if I would like another drink while only asking the friend I was with. We each had three drinks over a two hour period. Stevie had many opportunities to remove our empty glasses but just keep walking by without a care even when we put the glassware a the end of our very small two top. Even as it appeared she was near the end of her shift our empty glassware remained at the edge of the table until one fall over. The response was poor to say the least from Stevie or the Manager that evening Anna. Neither one seem concern that some of the broken glassware got into the drinks that we were still trying to enjoy. When I called Anna over to ask her the simple question about the service and the glassware that sat on the table for the duration of our visit, her response was with a wide smile saying, yeah I've notice that. As a manger she should have stepped up and had Stevie provide better service before the accident happen. Ashley was also on duty and walked by many times with moving the glassware. We both have been in the industry for many years moving up from server to managers. We had no words for the service provided and extremely poor response after. read more

I went there for lunch with my mother recently. She got a vegan soup which the server recommended. (tasted like celery soup). I got a sausage sub sandwich with a salad, the salad looked like it had literally been thrown together. No presentation/composition at all. My sub was impossible to pick up and eat, probably the messiest sub I've ever eaten in my life. I had to use a fork and knife to eat it and the bread wasn't very good either. On top of that the silverware was visibly dirty. My mother got some kind of turkey sandwich with her soup that was supposed to be half of one because on the menu it says "soup n half a sandwich" for like 7 bucks or something so the server screwed that up because she got a whole sandwich which ended up being something ridiculous like 11 dollars. Needless to say she didn't finish the salad or the sandwich, I couldn't finish my sub. The server was prompt and friendly. Not his fault the food sucked. Probably wont go back, might order a takeout of wings since everybody on here says they're good. read more
