Ramona with Imogene's had my dress for nearly 6 weeks and called me early this morning with questions on what exactly I wanted done (after having it for 6 weeks she called today, and my wedding is 9 days away). The alterations were fairly simple, I went and saw her after the phone call and then picked my dress up a few hours later. My dress looked like they'd been carrying it around in the trunk of a car for 6 weeks and there was purple marker ALL over my dress. When we inquired about the maker she responded with, "it's fabric marker it will come right off with water". I left her shop and immediately went to my dry cleaners...I am beyond disappointed with this place. Horrible service, no apologies or offer to make it right from Ramona.... I'm now getting married in 9 days and can only say a prayer that my dress will come back from the cleaners in good enough shape for me to wear it.

There were two workers and of course, the one helping us was slow and she was found sitting on the job. Always go to the sale rack because the employees will always direct you to the higher-priced items first which are way overpriced. The alterations were done and for the pants was told that they would cut the material but instead, they just hemmed, which I could have done myself. The altercations cost more than the jacket and pants. I will give them credit because they called and had the suite ready to go for a memorial service. Don't expect to rush in and make a purchase. Give yourself several hours due to the slow service, and this is also for when picking up after alterations are done.
