    Soundsational from Main Street!

It's a music celebration! Mickey's Soundsational Parade is my second favorite parade at Disneyland ever...right behind the Parade of Dreams during the 50th and right in front of the Lion King Celebration Parade from back in the 90's. I liked the Electric Light Parade but was never really that into it. Call me strange. Believe it or not Soundsational almost turned out as a Princess and the Frog Parade. Rumor has it that the music was so strong from that movie that Disney decided to do a parade based on music. This parade celebrates one of the most amazing things about Disney movies and stories, the music. The amazing thing about music is that it is one of the few things that can take you back in time to a specific event or feeling just by hearing a certain song or melody. At first I wasn't expecting much after Celebrate! A Street Party, the last "parade type" thing that Disneyland did. That "Street Party" was a total disappointment after the run the Parade of Dreams had. Technically the Parade of Dreams was originally going to be a 5 year parade so I guess they just ended it a bit early and filled in the gap between Parade of Dreams and Soundsational with Celebrate! I never once felt the need to stick around to watch Celebrate! but I would totally stay extra long at the park to watch Soundsational. Unlike the Parade of Dreams, there are no show stops...so basically anywhere you can find a good spot is a good spot to watch the parade from. My favorite place has always been and always will be the Hub of Disneyland...from the inside of the circle...you get the overall experience...Sleeping Beauty's Castle on one side, Matterhorn in the distance, next to the Partners Statue of Walt and Mickey and in between every single land of Disneyland...for me it's all about the experience so the Hub is the spot for me. I promise you if you get a good spot early for this parade you will not be disappointed... Who's the leader of the club that's made for you and me? M-I-C-K-E-Y M-O-U-S-E! :0)

Great parade. The girls, Jan, Nick and I throughly enjoyed the entire process. TNT were napping, so we camped out on one of the benches near the train station (at the main entrance) and this was an unexpected pleasure. Unobstructed views of the entire parade without the bother of the enormous crowds. The music and pageantry were fantastic. If you don't like parades you may want to consider taking this opportunity to stand on line for your favorite ride it may actually be shorter. The one that we saw featured the music and dancing from Lion King, Mary Poppins, Mickey and Donald (of course), Ariel (Little Mermaid), Peter Pan, Princess and the Frog, and Aladdin. Oh, and the little known Three Caballeros.

    Rapunzel's float . . reminds me of a toned down rose-parade float

A fun parade that allows you to see a lot of characters that aren't roaming the park. The music is also very catchy.

This is a project in which elementary, middle, and high school choirs and bands performed at Valencia High School in the city of Placentia, CA, in the morning, and were then invited to visit Knott's Berry Farm for fun and the award ceremony in the late afternoon. We were thrilled that both our Bishop Amat Choir and Bands took home four first-place trophies across four categories. Back to Knott's Berry Farm, this amusement park is so much fun. It is a large property, and there is so much to see, do, and enjoy a great, memorable time. On this day, when we visited the park, it was a bit crowded (but fun nonetheless) as numerous school-aged choirs and bands were there, and it was also opening day for Knotts' Soak City water park. Knotts had a promotion for ticket holders who visited both parks on the same day. The crowds were no problem whatsoever as we ALL managed to get on numerous rides, listen to music, eat ice cream, and have bartered fish tacos for dinner. The park is well-maintained, employees were all extremely friendly and helpful, and security can be seen throughout the park to ensure everyone's safety. My family and I chose to purchase standard annual passes, which were very affordable at $120.09 per pass. Interest-free monthly payments are a great option if you prefer not to pay for your season pass in one shot. Now that my family and I have annual passes with parking included, we will definitely visit often, if only to have lunch or dinner at the park.

Use a credit card to book your room, so you can use their quick check in line. Either way, make sure you take the exact card you use to book for checking in. Before you go, buy the discounted dining deal. You can only buy it in advance, and the food and drinks are pretty pricey, so you will spend $$$. I also suggest attaching your credit card to your wristband for convenience. We really enjoyed the pizza place onsite. We checked in on a Sunday and it was a bit crowded, but we managed to do it all in three hours. The kids loved the bunk bed, and my only complaint about our room is that the tub faucet leaked. The next day, we packed a bag with a change of clothes that we fit into a small locker for $12, and went back into the waterpark for a couple more hours. I recommend packing travel toiletries for a quick shower before leaving. They have plenty of showers, changing rooms, and a swimsuit dryer, but no toiletries in the waterpark bathrooms. Waterpark towels are provided and must be checked out and in or you'll be charged, so don't lose them. There's a water bottle refill station in the waterpark near the bathrooms. We didn't try many of the activities offered except for the arcade that offered packages starting at $35. Lastly, be sure to pay for parking before you leave. That was also $35. All in all, we got a deal on the room but spent more on food, drinks, games, and parking combined. My kids are 5 and 10, and they were able to go on just about everything that was open. One day was plenty of time if you don't plan on doing all of the activities.

The issue is not necessarily that every employee was rude -- the real problem is the completely broken system and lack of communication between departments. We booked THREE rooms for 18 guests for a birthday celebration and simply wanted to reserve and pay for a place where everyone could eat lunch together and celebrate with cake. Something that should have been straightforward became an exhausting process filled with confusion, conflicting information, and endless transfers between departments. The front desk had no idea about the policies of the events department. The front desk also had no clear understanding of pool policies. Every single question required someone to "leave a note" for another department and wait for an email response that never came. No callbacks. No follow-up. No accountability. The most frustrating part was trying to contact the front desk directly. First, you are forced through an AI system. Then you finally reach someone in the "reservation department," who is not even onsite. Despite politely asking multiple times to be transferred directly to the front desk, they refused and insisted they could help. They could not. Instead, they placed me on hold supposedly to ask the front desk themselves -- and after 11 minutes on hold, they never came back. At that point, yes, the reservation department representatives themselves became part of the problem: rude, dismissive, unprofessional, poorly trained, and completely incapable of resolving even simple questions. This company has far too many unnecessary departments that clearly do not communicate or work together. Planning an important family event here became stressful instead of enjoyable. I will never host another birthday event at Great Wolf Lodge again, and I would strongly caution families against wasting their time and money here for important celebrations.

Especially hearing that there's a new attraction SKYRIDER that opened mid September 2025, my son came here w 2 of his closet bud to celebrate his bday. They were so excited to ride the Skyrider, it's a zip line across partial of the park. I highly definitely recommend this indoor playground. It's probably the best one in OC. We've gone to a lot the past years. This place has so much for your kids to do. Met the manager Terry and Sally. They are both amazing and friendly. Always there to answer your questions and needs. Our school Mabel Paine had a day of fundraising here also. UA loves to support and gives back to the community. Love a friendly oriented company. What's awesome is they now have a security here that I love since it's open. Security really nice. The indoor playground is pretty clean and well taken care of. Love the mascot Urbie. It's always clean, there are many decent fast meal options, and it feels relaxing under the palm trees on springy days. Inside, you have so many options to game--from Mario Brothers to Space Invaders. You can fall down a video game rabbit hole here. Also, the bumper cars are lit up and Lazer Tag is calling all players. There's a cafeteria-style "common hall" serving up pizza, nachos, hot dogs, fries, and bevvies. Outside, the bumper boats are a refreshing way to cool down. You can see that the staff works hard at maintaining the grounds. There's always someone working on the many pools and water features when I go. Overall, the greens are in good shape. Sure, a ball may stick, but it's a game. Mulligans and astro turf hiccups are par for this course. Want to practice random kindness? If you see a bottle on the ground, feel free to recycle in the receptacle placed by the tee box. It's nice that they thought to have as many receptacles as they did. It really helps keep the place tidy. The staff is young & laid back yet attentive. One clean sweep across all 4 courses at the opening of each AM shift, however, could help keep it 100% litter-free. See, I warned you--I had nothing but good things to say about Camelot Golfland. Will be back! Once I get the go again from my Sir Lancelot to brave the journey to Anaheim, we'll return for a 6-minute tournament to ride the Go Carts like chariots.
