Mickey's is a family favorite in our house! The pizza is always consistent - we've never had a bad experience. The amigo bread is my personal favorite. I would eat a whole order of it if I could, haha. The staff is always friendly and quick to help when you pick up your orders. Owner is a total creep. Ended up going to the hospital 15 minutes after I placed my order because I got into a car crash on my way. I kept getting unknown calls back to back, and I did not answer because I had other important things going on like you know being impaled with auto parts in my body. Owner left threatening messages as well as messages that he let the police (which is funny because they obviously have my accident and injury report) and kept calling until three in the morning even after I called the store saying I was at the hospital and offered me his personal number to send a picture of me (a female) in the hospital bed even when you could hear the beeping tech noises in the background. Owner really needs to go to therapy because he's a psychopath who thinks his $30 order of pizzas is more important than someone's broken bones. read more

Downriver has the best pizzerias anywhere period. I know it, you know it, everybody knows it. It'll duke it out with any pizzerias outside of downriver, heck,, even outside of michigan for that matter. Ok, out of all my favorite downriver pizza joints, these guys are #2 in my list. But that doesn't mean they don't crank out some good jaw smashing pizzas. Because these guys definitely do. Ask any downriver rats,,, and they'll tell you Mickeys pizza is very good. We had the sausage, mushroom and anchovies. The ingredients were very good and they don't skimp on the toppings either. Cheese was on point too, yummy and gooey. Not too much,, just the perfect amount of a lot of cheese, but gross amount of a lot of cheese. Then the crust is very good as well. It's crunchy on the outside, nice of chewy on the inside. Only around $2.50 and it's a big pizza size bread sticks that are amazing! They always have coupons so make sure you use that. Recently I called to order to order carry out and I was shocked by the way I was treated by the person taking my order. She was extremely rude and abrupt. They get a pie right. Plenty of sauce with a hint of sweet, fresh veggies, and they don't hold back on the toppings. Great place for cheap delivery that is actually fast. I have been ordering from Mickeys pizza for roughly 2 months now about once a week. I always tip the delivery driver and have never had any issues before. I go to place an order today and all of a sudden they don't deliver to me now. I'm out of the delivery range. I asked to speak with the manager and he said they may have "skipped" it before. So for 7 or 8 times they have skipped that I was out of the "zone". 8 blocks past Eureka and 1 block off of Fort. What a shame. read more

They have this thing called the Pizza Roll, and all it is is a small pizza rolled up like a burrito. Why hasn't anyone capitalized on this concept. And they're cheap!
