Your tip sheets and itinerary listings of parades, etc. proved most helpful as they were filled with details that made the parks more easily manageable. My family spent our Thanksgiving holiday at Disney World this year. There were eight of us, six adults and two children, ages 5 and 7. We went for five days. The last time any of us had been in Disney World was over 10 years ago. Disney has changed a lot since then. Everyone who heard we were going to Disney gave us advice, the best rides, restaurants, shows, and hotels. It was all very much appreciated, but also completely overwhelming. We heard about meal plans, fast passes, snack points, and photopacks. We needed some guidance. A friend of mine recommended we talk to Jen Zinno from Mickey Adventures. What is Mickey Adventures? Well if it is anything to make the magical world of Disney easier to navigate... sign us up! Jen Zinno is the Jedi Knight of Disney World. You might think I am embellishing a bit here, and for those of you Star Wars fans, I am not taking the Jedi name in vain. Seriously though, Jen made our trip to Disney the most perfect, stress-free, fantastic vacation we could have imagined. To start Jen booked everything, and I mean everything, for us; hotels, meals, transportation, and shows. There are certain activities you need reservations for, and the park, I believe, allows you to make these reservations 180 days in advance. Before our 180 days to Disney hit, Jen was consulting with us as to what we want to see, what shows not to miss, and how to coordinate them into our trip. On the 180th day before Disney hit, Jen reserved and planned everything that needed to be done. She handled everything with ease, sending us confirmations, and any other information we may need about the activities. A few weeks before our trip, Jen sent us, both in email and hard copy, our itinerary and all reservations. Now I have seen itineraries before. A list of where you go each day, what to do, blah blah blah.... This itinerary was so amazing and detailed, it not only blows all other itineraries out of the water, it may in fact need a name greater than just "itinerary". We received a list, day by day of which park to do which day, Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, Hollywood Studios, and Epcot. Then for each day, depending on the park, Jen listed how to actually work our way through the park, ensuring we did every ride we wanted to do, saw every show we wanted to, and even repeat some of the amazing rides. She guided us through when and where to use our fast passes and good places to stop for meals and snacks. Now you may be thinking, really do you really need to follow this list. Well let me tell you from personal experience FOLLOW THE LIST. Here is where the Jedi comes in. If we stuck to our list, we did everything, we did not wait in lines, and we missed nothing. Keep in mind we were at Disney over Thanksgiving, a pretty busy time. With Jen's directions as to how to fast pass which rides and what rides to do while waiting for your fast pass reservation time, we hit them all! We walked by people waiting in line for Thunder Mountain for 85 minutes! We got on in 5. The same thing happened all week long. When your list says "If the line at Pirates of the Caribbean splits, stay left, it is faster" YOU STAY LEFT! This woman knows what she is taking about. So in closing, thank you thank you thank you Jen Zinno and Mickey Adventures. You made our trip to Disney all that and more. Disney is still that magical place you thought it was when you were a kid, and Jen, with her magic, will be able to keep it that way. Just STICK TO THE LIST. read more

My family went to Sea World and Disney World for 9 days in June. By Disney standards our plans were somewhat last minute - we were well within the 180 day window when we booked. Jen helped us with finding dinner reservations and suggested that we change a few of our picks for places with better meals and to adjust some of our dining times to better accommodate watching the evening shows. We had been to Disney before and really weren't looking for a ton of help. But, I had Jen's contact info and thought that I would give it a try. I was really glad that we went this route. Our first choice hotel - which was one of the very most expensive at Disney was going to be under construction and there was a chance that the pool would be closed (a major problem in late June in Florida). Without Jen we never would have known this and would have been very disappointed if we spent all that money and had a less than perfect hotel stay. Jen recommended the Beach Club which turned out to be a really good fit for our family. Jen gave us advanced notice of when the Seven Dwarfs Mine Train was finally available for Fast Pass. A friend of mine who went the week before could only get a Fast Pass for 10 pm because she was unaware that the attraction had opened its Fast Pass reservations. Jen's inside tips were invaluable. And, I thought that it was great to get such accurate info from one source rather than being inundated with advice from well meaning friends - especially when their advice wasn't always up to date. We wouldn't go back to Disney without her help. read more

My family just returned from an Adventures by Disney trip to London and Paris. Jen helped us with the booking every step of the way, making sure our passports were up to date (they weren't), adding extras to celebrate my husbands birthday, taking care of additional nights added to the package and hand delivered and explained all the documents. Jen made an overwhelming experience easy and relaxed. The adventure itself was better than imagined. If you want an adventure that has top quality accommodations and service, this is the trip for you. Hotels were amazing, tours were the best and our Adventure Guides made the trip extra special. A family on our trip were on their 10th adventure!! There must be something special if they keep coming back and I can understand why. The only major recommendation I can make is that this is perfect for kids aged 12 and up. There is A LOT of walking and the tours were fantastic but I am not sure the younger crowd would have the patience.We are looking forward to taking another adventure (we are eyeing Rome, Venice & Florence...fabulous!) read more

Don't trust your Disney vacation planning to anyone else -- and by all means don't do it yourself! We were referred to Jen by another parent at our school -- what an amazing find! Jen took all of the stress out of planning for this trip -- enabling us to enjoy the excitement of getting ready for the trip and of course the trip itself. Jen helped select the best accommodations for our family, plan our dining reservations, fast passes, the flow between parks, and provided incredibly valuable tips and tricks for visiting the parks. As an example of her knowledge, during our trip to Disney, there was construction on the monorail. This was not published anywhere we could find on the internet, but Jen knew. Her knowledge of this detail helped ensure we planned our trip accordingly and weren't relying on transportation that wasn't going to be readily available. We are now finalizing the details of our 2nd trip to Disney. Our first call was to Jen!!! She is very knowledgeable, incredibly responsive and genuinely focused on planning a trip to meet your needs! We won't trust our Disney vacation planning to anyone else - and we would never dream of planning it ourselves! read more

I never thought it was possible to be overly prepared and organized for a trip without doing a thing - but I stand corrected. Mickey Adventures booked the ideal Disney experience for my family. Every detail- from hotel, parks, and fast pass selections to dining experiences was perfect. I got the most out of my trip thanks to Mickey adventures and would never dream of going back to Disney without them to guide me. read more

Our family went to Disney World in January 2013 with the help of Jen Zinno and Mickey Adventures. She helped make it a fantastic experience. I had not been to Disney in over a decade and never with our kids. Jen gave great advice and was on top of everything. First, Jen made sure we got the best deals possible, including getting us a rebate for a deal that was announced after we had already booked. She is paid by Disney, not the traveler, so there are no concerns about paying more for her assistance (even though her excellent service would be worth it). She made sure we made reservations for meals and shows well in advance, so we didn't miss anything we wanted to see. She pointed us to a great on-property hotel and made sure to answer all our quirky questions. Her advice on navigating the parks is essential, as by following it, we avoided any major lines. In fact, the Fantasyland expansion had just opened, and she gave us last minute advice based on her careful research about how best to make our way through the newly expanded Magic Kingdom. We've recommended Jen and Mickey Adventures many times, and our friends love working with them. We live in Minnesota, and had no issues with working with her remotely. We'd use her again in a heartbeat and look forward to doing so (hopefully soon). read more
