After asking for informrmatioion and someone to speak with about planning my trip, there was a lengthy conversation in Spanish between employees. When I asked what the problem was I was told there was no problem that they we "trying" to figure how to best help me. After talking with Anya, she said she would contact some tours put together some packages and get back to me in a week. Anya never asked my name or for any contact information, I volunteered my name and said I would check Barack in a week. A week later, there I was and she had no idea who I was. After refreshing her memory, she said her contact had not gotten back to her. Anya would reach out to here again and get back to me (all while taking lengthy phone calls as I sat in front of her and waited). Again, she never asked for any contact information, I offered my email which she took. Week 3 and final week. I call. Hey Anya, any information on my Italy trip? Again, I had to explain previous conversations and her promise to work. Again, I was told about the contact who has yet to respond. But Anya again promise to reach out to this contact and get back to me. HOW! You still have not asked for my name or contact information. This time offer my phone number and again my name. That was a week ago. And NO I still have not heard from ANYA. I have moved on to a real travel agency. I thought the purpose of being in business was to make money. Someone tell Anya that.( i'm sure I spelled her name wrong but, she know who she is). Maybe, just maybe my money isn't green like everyone else.

I'm so bad with names... sorry! Big clean single gender bathrooms were available in the office which were great for a quick visit before our flight. Once in the helicopter, you strap yourself in with a seatbelt similar to those found on airplanes, and put on the headphones so that you can hear the pilot and each other above the noise. It wasn't a long ride, but it gave us a great view of some lovely terrain and the beautiful water as well as the teeny houses and other structures. When we returned safely to earth, the staff kindly offered to take a photo of us by the helicopter.

He was very very nice and his machine is incredible. It had leather seats and Bose headsets. He showed us some beach views that make me want to drive down right now and park my car on the beach (i am sure this will happen this summer). The only thing that is causing me to take away one star is that when we went there was a little bit of a booking issue. He had scheduled both us and another couple for 1PM without realizing and there was another coupe who drove to the wrong airport. Luckily it was a really nice day and we didn't mind hanging around for a bit. If you have never been in a helicopter this is a great experience and well worth the money.
