When they put the initial chimney in; I thought all was fine until one rainy day... the chimney was leaking water. These people come back out. They don't keep their time or their appointment. They show up hours late and near dark time. They assure me that they can work in the dark and fix the issue. Chimney is crooked, has gaps in it and it's leaking from the chimney on the roof. Has nothing to do with the roof cause I had a brand new roof put on about six months ago. Stay away! Unless you want them to take your money, do a partial job and shine you on and run. I kept getting excuses about how the owner was having medical issues in the hospital with a stroke, etc. Honestly... I have as much compassion as the next person, but this is business and honestly, it's not my problem. DO NOT hire these people. They are sketchy. They do not listen. They do not care about the customer. I will be reporting them to the state, L&I and other agencies as well. BE WARNED!

Chris came over to check out the chimney, advised me on repair vs. replace, and we elected to replace the chimney to avoid future problems. He later dropped off some sample bricks so we could choose the right colors and then we scheduled the job for later in the week. I couldn't believe when the crew arrived 15 minutes early, set up, and were done early in the day and now I have a beautiful new chimney. No mess or anything! Nick was very polite, professional, answered my multiple questions, and was very communicative about when he would be arriving and what he noticed. He even screwed in the flashing our roofer neglected to secure while he was doing the inspection at no charge! The inspection showed that we would need a total crown replacement, but that otherwise everything else was good to go. We will 100% be contacting him again to do the crown replacement and eventual install of a wood burning stove insert.
