They gouged 3 out of 4 sides and I spent 25 HOURS with a belt sander getting them out. They told me to get screwed on refunding the cost of surfacing them. Avoid at all costs. Younger generation has taken over and they will screw you if given the chance.

There is a small area of children's books and gifts, a larger area of women's clothing, a candy counter with an amazing selection of fudge and chocolates, house plant supplies and seasonal home decor. I was fascinated by the Victorian-era antiques, but most are not for sale, just display. Prices are on the high side, but inline with an upscale boutique. The two guys who came out were thorough, neat and complete. One was inside for the breakdown, while his partner was outside preparing for the transition of the unit with removal, new pad and ultimately seating the new unit. They had it all up and running within about 4.5hrs. They cleaned up after themselves, explained everything to me and were on their way. We couldn't be more happier and can tell the difference between the old unit and the new one, complete with a new Ecobee thermostat. We've been using Mr. Quik for about 8yrs now and have been completely satisfied with the service, preventative maintenance and sales when it's been warranted.

September was when I started ill with headaches and respiratory issues. I needed a lung biopsy. Biopsy showed no bacterial of fungal infection. Doctor said it was air contaminates causing my breathing problems. That was October. Christmas rolls around and I'm still ill. April we call someone to look at our water heater he informed me their is a gas leak in the basement coming from he HVAC system. I called Mister Quick immediately, Nick informed me that when the HVAC system was installed it was installed improperly. It was leaking gas in 4 different locations from the gas pipe to the furnace. He spent 3 hours repairing the installers mess ups. I immediately started feeling better. The facial swelling and headache went away. 9 days free from a gas leak in my home and I'm feeling much better. My husband said our home could have blown up and that's also what the gas company told me when I reported Mister Quick. I live in Brown County and from now on when we get anything new added to our home we are going with a local company that has our best interest in mind.

The Kohler hardware was purchased from Donnie Briggs at Kohler, and the tilework and installation was done by Mark Groce. Mark has strong attention to detail from getting the grout mix and color to carefully placing each tile. The process could take a while since some of the items needed may need to be custom cut. We're incredibly happy with the craftsmanship and quality of the finished shower. I highly recommend both Donnie Briggs for hardware and Mark Groce for his construction/installation work and both of them are great with design and attention to detail. I recommend future clients to be involved in the construction process, as it helps with communication and decisions. I would gladly work with both Donnie and Mark again for any future projects.

She knew it wasn't returnable and didn't give me the heads up that I shouldn't take a chance that it wouldn't fit and I would be stuck with it. On top of that, she told the contractor that I wanted the brick tile stacked in my shower when I explicitly told her that I wanted it horizontal brick pattern. So I'm stuck with that too. Even after I spent all that money at the Kohler store the manager and the owner, Joe Rotskoff, were such jerks and acknowledge how I was misled and ripped off. I would not recommend anybody to deal with the Kohler store in Indianapolis.

We're an hour away, and I had been trying to get local chimney sweeps and masons to come deal with our house for years. I'd get an estimate, and then no one would follow up. Bone Dry showed up when they said they would, did what they said they would do, were respectful to my house, property, and people, and cleaned up after they left. We had three different crews come through to address each phase of the work, and everyone was professional, friendly, and communicative. There were a couple of small bumps, but they handled them professionally and quickly. I was, all in all, very pleased with their performance. I'm a building professional myself, and very much appreciate what they do. They're good people, and did a very good job for me. Pricing was reasonable '(this stuff is expensive - brace yourself, but these guys don't overcharge) I'd hire them again without a second thought.

Followed up a few years later by issues where moisture was entering our house through an access point and causing damage to our ceiling. They took partial blame for the situation and repaired things with partial charges. Most recently after a storm, they checked my roof and determined it was OK, but a rake board had come loose and the sales rep showed me a video verifying the need for repair. I consented. When they came to do the repair, it wound up being a simple 'nail back in place job', which was not what all I thought it would necessarily be. Combined with a single loose piece of siding that was also nailed back into place, I was charged $665 for a 10-15 minute job that required basically no materials. When I shared my concern that I felt the charge was excessive for the work performed, I was basically dismissed and charged the full amount. I realize I signed the contract, I simply didn't think the job warranted the full charge. I appreciate they got on a ladder and did work I wasn't comfortable or knowledgable enough to do, and felt a slightly lesser charge seemed to make sense for what they did. Guess I will look elsewhere for future jobs after the lack of understanding to work with me.
