Last week they flushed & serviced that water heater (which by the way is working great). This morning at 7:30 I realized I was going to need a new toilet. I called All Pro at 8:05 a.m. & their techs Mike & Joshua were here at 12:30. They installed the new toilet & were finished within an hour & a half. In spite of it continously raining while they were here, they left no foot prints or water across my kitchen or bathroom floors. Everything was neat & tidy when they left, I cant speak highly enough of the folks at All Pro. Polite, personable & doing whatever they can to help solve your problem as soon as possible. They are absolutely the first ones I would call for any kind of plumbing repairs.

To be honest, I've had several challenges with this, particularly being overcharged just because I live in California and perhaps people think everyone in California is rich. My roof was having some issues after a wind and hailstorm this summer and I started to get bids to replace it. Jesse gave me a bid that was in the middle of the pack. Jesse of Sisk Roofing have been recommended to me by someone in Kokomo. After I reviewed his initial bid and contacted him to discuss it, he decided to take a second look at the roof before talking to me. Upon closer inspection, he determined only part of the roof needed to be replaced and that he would stand behind his work for 10 years on a job where he was roofing over a single existing layer. His roofing work ended up costing me over $7000 less than his original price. Obviously, Jesse is an honest man, who relies upon his reputation for his business. He understood my situation as a long-distance landlord and when I asked him for other referrals, he was a great resource. I now have peace of mind if any other issues come up with my property. I needed also to have insulation in the attic, according to my tenants and one handyman I had hired. Jesse pulled off every roof vent and determined that the entire attic was already adequately insulated. Who knows how much that saved me! And then he found me someone to put on a gutter. Not only is he honest but he stands by his word. A contractor who was going to do some other work under Jesse for me, didn't get me a bid when he had promised Jesse. Jesse told him he'd never refer to him again. So I know keeping one's word is important in the eyes of Jesse Sisk. I am grateful to find an honest professional!

And the sales rep for the HVAC tried to convince me to buy the whole HVAC system incliding the outside unit for the AC even though the part that was needed was a new HV unit that included the blower motor for the AC. There was nothing wrong with the AC side of the unit. The HVAC company we finally went with said that Blue Fox pays their employees with a commission of sales and that is why they try to sell the entire package. The 5 star rating for Blue Fox is based on only one review hopefully this review will bring that 5 star rating down.
