Very cute place with a nice patio. The music for ambiance and lush plants make it feel much more secluded and cozy, even though it's near a busy street. Michel and his team were kind. Was really excited to try this spot, the food was good. On the downside, it took us over 30 minutes to get 2 crepes to go. At $18 for a savory crepe and $16 for a sweet crepe, it seemed quite expensive. They also forgot the cream on our lemon crepe and it only had one sour strawberry which was disappointing. If this place was slightly cheaper and faster, I'd return often. read more

This is my new favorite "hidden gem" spot! I am allergic to gluten, corn, and soy, so finding places I can eat without at least getting a stomach ache is fairly difficult. Chef Michel makes a gluten free crepe batter though, so I was thrilled to try out his food! The serene seating area is surrounded by blooming flowers and lush foliage, so it was not difficult to convince my mom to make the stop. Hands down, these were the best crepes I've ever had in my life. My mom, who is not gluten free, said she couldn't distinguish the regular crepe she had the day before at our hotel and the GF ones we had at Michel's Corner (usually GF options are very textually different and heavily alter the eating experience). We split the Ole' Molle Stolle and the Ham, Gruyère, Tomato - it was so hard to pick a favorite!! The Ole' Molle Stolle (so fun to say out loud lol) was absolutely delectable and my personal favorite - the tender chicken melted in your mouth as it danced with the complex spices and hint of chocolate. Topped off with a tangy little tomato and creamy avocado - each bite was so amazing I had to sit back and savor every note. The Ham, Gruyère, Tomato was my mom's favorite - the thick cut ham, melty cheese, and tomato with that thin layer of mustard wrapped in a light, fluffy crepe was splendid. The addition of the avocado on top took away some of the sharpness from the mustard, making each bite creamy, tangy, a little sharp, and savory. Chef Michel was so polite and sweet - once he was finished preparing orders, he walked around the seating area, greeting guests, and sitting down to have friendly conversation with them. The young man helping him when we were there was also so kind and helpful - I even caught a glimpse of him hand-picking flowers for the finishing touch on our dishes! Such a fantastic experience If you're ever in Durango this is a must stop - I can't wait to go back and try more of Chef Michel's incredible crepes! read more

Truly one of a kind experience. Chef recommendations plus some artistic liberties based on our request and we end up with a fantastic breakfast. Sweet was apple crepe and we added strawberries, came out with decorative strawberry slices on top of crepe with 3 mounds of homemade whipped cream topped with a raspberry each. Baked apple slices were the filling and powdered sugar topped it all off. Savory was buckwheat crepe with sliced dry ham, warm Gruyère cheese, heirloom tomatoes, spinach capped off with egg center and decorative flower. We stumbled on this beautiful crêperie while we were visiting the train museum. It's beautifully located in the center with nice tables and seats. The food is amazing, authentic and delicious. My 8y old has the smoked salmon, husband had the turkey avocado and i had the tomato basil. All were savory! We will definitely come back whenever we visit Durango. Délicieux! My girlfriend and I ate were visiting Durango for the first time and we ate here on Aug 2, 2022. We were both amazed by the delicious flavors and textures of these crepes. We both had the turkey and avacado. The turkey was fresh (not processed) and the avacado was so creamy! They were topped off with slices of fresh tomatoes. Customer service was excellent and the setting is very European with a small garden and fountain. Hats off to you Michel and thank you for the delicious brunch. We will definitely be back! read more
