Their pizza is quite good, as are their cheese steak sandwiches. But before I tell you about that, let me warn you: do not order their wings. Okay, now the details. Like I said, they have excellent pizza. I particularly like their Michelli's Special, which just simply rocks. They also have excellent white pizza, and their base pizza is quite nice, but doesn't reheat all that well. They make good cheese steak sandwiches, with a good amount of meat. Their lasagna is good, but not great. I'd give it a 3-star compared to the other food. So that brings me to their buffalo wings. Let me remind you that their other food is good before I continue. These are, quite simply, the worst buffalo wings I have ever had. I have had buffalo wings from Boston to LA, from Seattle to Palm Bay, and everywhere in between. I have had good buffalo wings. I have had bad buffalo wings. These are the worst. They are the absolute worst. Now, it's not even the chicken. This poor chicken wasn't rancid or turned or anything that would justify bad buffalo wings. This chicken was just cooked to an inch of its life, hardened by a cruel chef intent on taking out his or her shame of wing cookery when he or she could have been cooking real italiano. I want you to imagine the best wings you've ever had. Now, put that on a scale and compare that to the worst buffalo wings. Multiply the distance those two standards of quality are by, oh, say ten, and that's how much worse these wings are. These are lose-the-will-to-live buffalo wings. We're still going to get pizza from Michelli's, but we're never, ever, EVER going to get their wings. You, too, Dear Reader, should visit Michelli's and partake of their fine pizza. But do yourself, your future, and your willingness to see the next dawn a favor and never, EVER order their wings. EVER. read more

This place not only has the best Italian in Palm Bay/Melbourne, they also have the best service. After my boyfriend and I were told by friends to check this place out, we've been back once a week ever since. Their dinner special for two (ziti or stuffed shells) is our usual, but their pizza is out of this world too. They have the best tomato sauce I've ever had, and their portions are very generous. I just was on Yelp looking for something to eat and I saw that michellis has only 4 stars and that's ABSURD. This is 100X better than any Italian food I've had in Palm Bay. And really anywhere. Everything is great but as far as recommended menu items I'd say michellis favorite pizza, Stromboli, and cannolis are unbelievable. This place deserves all five stars. I'm visiting my family in Palm Bay from the San Francisco Bay area. I grew up in an Italian neighborhood in upstate New York (the real Upstate, Rochester). Sadly, I haven't had good pizza since I left the East Coast, while I love California, the pizza there sucks. It's bad when your best pizza comes from Dominos or RoundTable. Then I read about Michelli's on Yelp and looked at the pictures. I placed an order and the woman that I spoke with was very friendly and helpful. This is the kind of pizza I remember from growing up in Rochester. Great crust, not too thin but not thick, with a wonderful texture, great sauce, a generous amount of cheese and tasty sausage and pepperoni yet not greasy. We order from Michellis probably once a week or every other week. Food is usually on point. I'm not one to public shame but today I am. We ordered our food, we waited an hour it got here and half was missing. I call to tell them and their answer was they wouldn't charge me the $3 delivery fee. What BS ..no your girl was laughing the entire time i was placing my order screwing around. Instead of paying attention to her customer. Our order my not matter to you. Probably my favorite pizzeria in Palm Bay area. Love their Wednesday special. My mom loves chicken wings and she just takes a plate from here and goes to town. First visit here, had dinner on a weeknight, the original plan was carry out but we ended up eating there, the waitress quickly set up our table when we changed our minds. For palm bay, the best. Friendly owners. I remember when they first opened and I would walk over every day for a slice of pizza. I would tell all my friends to give it a try and now this is the only place we will all go! I used them for my daughters 2cd bday..the eggplant pizza was good! I ordered a large cheese pizza and a order of garlic knots.. It was my first time ordering there and was looking forward to a real NY style pizza.. It was a fri evening and I do understand its a busier night.. A hour and 40 min later it arrived.. The pizza was burnt on areas and room temp.. The garlic knots were refrigerator cold! I called to complain and was told the knots are made in the morning then packed up and put away till you order then it goes with your order.. REALLY?? Amazing Pizza! You can tell the ingredients are made in house and not from a can. We stopped here on the way back from a road trip and it was the perfect lunch break. We LOVE Michelli's. The food is great, the owners are even better, and the service has always been incredible. The ONLY reason we stopped eating at Michelli's is because of the delivery wait times. I'd expect 30-45 minutes unless it's a holiday or normally busy dinner time. But no matter when I call, the wait is ALWAYS well over an hour. I would hope they would either invest into a new oven or new delivery person. If they would improve on the delivery times we would be back as it used to be our go-to treat when friends and family would visit from out of town. read more

The only reason I can't give it 5 stars is because the delivery wait time is typically 1 hour to 1:30 hours. Hey all, do not order from this place if you have a dissatifactory pizza. I place an order at 7:01p, double pepperoni med and a michellis favorite. We have ordered from them multiple times before, excellent pizza! It's kind of a luxury pizza night!! Tonight was a totally different experience. Delivery was at around 8p, (note to others, if you order delivery from here it will take anywhere from 1-1 1/2 hrs to get to you, even though they are only 5miles from your house.) My husbands pepperoni was excellent, mine however was dry, no flavor and I tried to add Papa John's seasoning packets & salt w/o results!! It was like eating some vegetables and dried chicken on cardboard. I called Michelli's back at 8:18p, they said they would remake and deliver Immediately. At 8:50p I called and advised them I no longer wanted the pizza. The male person responded that he just had his chef remake the pizza and it was about to come out of the oven and be delivered. I advised him I didn't want it anymore, my husband had already ate and I had eaten something else at this point and wanted a refund. He said that wasn't possible, that I should have told them I didn't want the remake, he wouldn't let me have a word in edgewise, and became heated. Great customer service!! He also advised me never to call back again. Surprising, I have been their customer for over 5yrs, but because I called on my work phone they didn't have record of that. He also hung up on me, when I called back, no one would give me the name of the rude employee. I will be visiting the place tomorrow to give the owner a little piece of my mind, as well as, the uneaten inedible pizza they delivered and demanding a refund! Our favorite place for "real" pizza. It's always delicious. Their employees are friendly and helpful. Yes, you will wait for better quality than a deliver in 30 minutes place.
