While communication was good initially with Kevin, it went downhill after we raised concerns about the work quality. - The crew didn't show up for the first appointment without any notification, forcing us to reach out to them to see what happened. - The job was estimated at 2-3 hours, but it took 4-5 hours to complete. - The kickboard wasn't measured or installed correctly, leaving a large gap between it and the cabinets. Kevin's response when we questioned this was dismissive, stating they were "just trying to install a kickboard" and that proper measurement would take more time. - Several planks were not properly glued down, causing air bubbles. Additionally, a few planks were lifted, creating a tripping hazard. - When we raised these concerns with Kevin, he offered solutions but then became unresponsive to our attempts to schedule a follow-up appointment. We tried contacting him via text, call, and Yelp message. We wanted to work with Daisy's Painting and Flooring to resolve the problems. Unfortunately, their communication became nonexistent after the initial job. Their responsiveness and the overall quality of work were very disappointing. I would not recommend this company to others.

They did not vacuum, there were areas that went untouched. They came back the next day and still I had to go back and clean over what they supposedly cleaned. I would have been okay with the result had it just been a regular cleaning, but I requested a deep clean. We discussed expectations. The following week, the manager or whoever gets into a nasty text confrontation. How incredibly unprofessional. She starts putting blame on us instead of openly discussing what the issue was. She basically just brushed us off. We then get the bill and they wrote the same nasty remarks, putting blame again on the customer. When you are being paid for a service, you are not doing a favor. There are other companies out there that would NEVER tolerate the that level unprofessionalism. I almost forgive not "deep cleaning." There could have been miscommunication. However I will not tolerate being spoken to in such a way. Really insulting and pretty crazy to get into it over text. I felt like I was in high school. Never using this company again. They need to learn to be less argumentative and to be professional with clients.

But I was blown away the first time Iris and Maria came -I had nothing to pick on whatsoever! Not only were they meticulously thorough with everything (even cleaning the vitamin bottles!), they were efficient and fast, hard at work every minute they were at my home. There are a thing or two at times that might need a little reminder, but they are very rare and I consider it only normal when any two parties are just getting to know each other's work style and preferences. I also appreciate the ease of accessibility -I can call them, e-mail, or even text to communicate and they are always dependable in getting back to me in a timely manner (try calling a few other places and you will see how valuable a trait this is!). They are always on time, always with a smile on their face, so polite and pleasant, and even my baby loves seeing them every other week! The price is also very reasonable, especially when they do such an exceptional job. I highly recommend them and I am so thankful that I found them! The carpets look great and they were even able to get the hair dye and black scuff marks off my white couch! They were also dog friendly and didn't ask me to shut up my dog while they worked...it was a small gesture but went far for me being comfortable with them being in my home. There are articles online that say it doesn't make a difference. I had my solar installed and activated in 11/2011. Attached are yearly production totals for 2012-2014 to show you what the system makes optimally in 2012 and 2013, when they're new/clean, and the degradation when they're dirty in 2014. Also attached is the production totals for 2021-2023, which covers the year that Nathan cleaned my panels and the following year, and shows the dropoff a couple of years later in 2023. So it seems that for my location/roof, my panels stay clean enough for optimal production for 2 years before needing cleaning again, your mileage will vary. But you can also see the improvement made with the cleaning. I had my panels cleaned once before sometime between 2013-2021, I don't remember the year, but I didn't notice much of a difference. It was done by someone else, and they either scammed me or did a poor job. Based on this data, I'll be using this company to clean my panels every 2 years.

At around 3:30 I got a call from Patty to discuss what I needed and we set up a time for 10AMish for her to come by and give me an exact quote. She came by a little before 10:30AM, looked around and quoted me a reasonable amount. She had to check with her team to see what time they were available to come in a day's notice and I told her that I was fine with any time as long as they were out of the place by 4PM as I had a flight to Vegas and needed to leave by 4:30. They came in at 1PM and took less than 2 hours to do a deeeeeeeep clean of my kitchen and bathroom. There was about 4 ladies that came in that didn't speak any English but hell, they did the job! I was IN AWE of how nice and clean the kitchen and bathroom was. Plus they left with plenty of time for me to do all my last-minute errands.
