He is so thorough and passionate about dental care. This office is one of the few in LA that provide a Guided Biofilm Therapy (GBT) cleaning, which is a far more gentle and advanced approach than your standard cleaning. Aside from cleanings, I've also had a chipped tooth flawlessly repaired here. The front desk staff is always friendly and welcoming, the hygienists are helpful, and the view from their office is beautiful! Truly the best!

I came to Dr. V needing: 1. an implant (I busted one of the front teeth eating beef jerky -- a no no); 2. veneer (the color and shape on the other front teeth weren't quite right); 3. adjustment to my bite since I was chipping my teeth; and 4. counsel on the effectiveness of nighttime mouthguards (I have a collection of them). My experience w/ SDS was nothing short of exceptional from the emergency treatment to my final touchpoint with Dr. V. Patient care and communications really make this office a standout. I call Dr. V the explainer in chief of dentistry -- he really wants you to feel confident in the treatment plan and explains the basis for his recommendations. Maria and team kept me up to date on status of the veneers and billing so there were no surprises. And Dr. V's technique made the overall experience not painful or uncomfortable. In our conversations, we also discussed the few $$$ on mouthguards I've spent to mitigate nighttime grinding. We discussed my issues and agreed that they weren't effectiveness for me, especially since they were causing other issues. I came away from experience w/ SDS with absolute trust in the treatment and care. Thank you very much! JL

What began as a promising young dentist has blossomed into one of Los Angeles's most trusted and talented dental professionals -- someone I've admired not just as a patient, but as someone who's seen her growth firsthand. Over the years, Dr. Haddad has become more than just my dentist -- she feels like family. She pours her heart into caring for people, and that genuine connection shows in everything she does. I'm so grateful for her warmth, kindness, and the exceptional care she's given me through the years. She's wonderfully passionate (and yes, adorably nerdy!) about her craft. Always exploring new technology, learning new techniques, and excitedly sharing the latest dental discoveries -- her love for this work translates into the incredible care she gives her patients. But what sets Dr. Haddad apart most is her heart. She listens, she remembers, and she genuinely cares about your overall wellbeing -- not just your smile. On top of that, she's inspiring and teaching future dentists, and I truly believe she's destined to be one of the leaders in dentistry for years to come. If you want a dentist who combines cutting-edge skill with genuine kindness, look no further. Dr. Jennifer Haddad is simply the best.

**ME Dental Spa Saved My Bacon -- Twice!**…read more I can't say enough good things about ME Dental Spa and Dr. Denis Mustedanagic. On a Friday night, my temporary bridge fell out, leaving three teeth in the front of my mouth completely exposed. Panic mode! Saturday morning I called around and searched everywhere, and it was nearly impossible to find a dental office open and willing to help on short notice. Then I found ME Dental Spa. Dr. Mustedanagic worked absolute magic -- he repaired my bridge that same morning, in under an hour, at a very reasonable price. Angels, truly. A little while later, my bite turned out to be temporarily off and the bridge came loose again. I went back, and Dr. Mustedanagic redid the repair, this time adding extra "clearance" to account for my bite. He charged me only a minimal amount for the second fix and, once again, the work was quick, efficient, and done right. On top of all that, the office itself is beautiful and the staff is warm and friendly from the moment you walk in. If you need a dentist who's skilled, honest, and actually there for you in a pinch, look no further. Highly, highly recommend ME Dental Spa -- go here!

I also felt like additional services and charges were being pushed on me, which made me increasingly uncomfortable with the practice. I went here for about a year--3 or 4 visits--and it never got any better. Last week was finally it for me. I had previously paid for deep cleanings there, but because I personally hadn't experienced much difference between those and regular cleanings, I decided that this time I just wanted a regular cleaning so I could compare. The dentist responded intensely by saying she was trying to "educate me" about my choice and gave me a bizarre analogy about a housekeeper cleaning under a rug. Somehow this turned into her suggesting that I was essentially asking the housekeeper to clean under the rug for free. Yall I was straight up flabbergasted. I wasn't asking her--or anyone there--to perform a deep cleaning for free. I was declining the deep cleaning. I'm in my 30s and have gone to the dentist regularly for most of my life. I'm capable of hearing a dentist's recommendation, understanding it, and deciding whether I want to proceed with a particular treatment. I don't expect my dentist to agree with every decision I make, but I do expect to be spoken to respectfully when making decisions about my own care. Love that the practice is described as "luxury" and "boutique" hahaha. It's very... well, I'll just be nice and say it's not those things.

We were scammed by this business. We were told if we paid upfront $10,000 total…read more$5000 for each of us (including a $500 consult fee) that our money could be used for ANY treatment at this office. We do want dental work so we agreed to pay not knowing exactly what type of cosmetic dental work we were going to sign up for on their plan. So we went ahead with the x-rays and let them take a few pictures of our teeth we were there less than an hour and gave them 10,000. However when it came down to it they would not let us use our money for any dental treatments. We were only allowed to use our $10,000 if we continue to give them another $30-$80,000 for veneers. We gave them 10,000 upfront with the reassurance that we would be allowed to have that as a credit at this office for ANY treatment or service. However, when we decided to use it for Invisalign and bonding with this offiand other cosmetic dental services we were not allowed to use it and they will not return our $10,000 and will not allow us to use the money for dental work at this office unless we want to give them another $60-$80,000 for a mouth full of veneers. We were completely lied to during our consult and feel completely scammed and conned by this office. We did not sign up for their $80,000 veneer plan we only wanted some basic cosmetic work. Upfront they said our deposit is for ANY service at this office we would like to apply towards. Clearly we will be seeking legal help with this issue However do NOT use this office it was a complete scam do not give them money upfront unless you are planning on purchasing an entire mouth full of veneers 60-70k. We feel completely scammed and conned considering during our consult we were told any money you pay down with us we will let you use for any treatment at this office and it was a complete lie. After paying the $10,000 we called to start our treatment which were told we had to do 1 to 2 years of Invisalign upfront but then he was not going to allow that to be applied to our $10,000 we've already paid. We were lied to during our consult and told go ahead and pay 5000 each which total $10,000 and you can use this money to any service cosmetic at this office so we did it and they completely lied to us they will not allow us to use the money unless we do their plan that they chose for our teeth which includes a minimum of 10 veneers each on us. Do not go here unless you want to spend an absolute fortune and possibly get nothing in return. We got absolutely nothing except a few X-rays and a few photos and they have $10,000 of our money that they will not let us use unless we want to give them a fortune for a mouth full of veneers. They told us We will not be allowed to use this money for any treatment as they told us during our consult we could use or otherwise we wouldn't pay them as we had no idea what we were going to do to our teeth. We now are only allowed to use it if we continue to give them tens of thousands of more money for a mouth full of veneers totally 60k and up for us. It was a total scam and con job. I don't know how the California board of dentistry allows offices to scam patients like this! We would like only 10k worth of work that we pre paid for or if this office does not want to do any cosmetic work as promised in consult we would like a refund. Laura Howell

He was fast, efficient and cracked jokes to distract me from that damn high pitched whine and gurgle noise. Elise came in to tag team with him and was absolutely regal and warm, not easy to pull off as you measure all kinds of icky necessary measurements. Finally Dr. Aaron jumped in and was so warm, patient, apologetic for the difficulty that can come up with insurance but committed to transparency without selling a damn thing. Color me blown away. Never thought I'd be writing a glowing review about something I normally dread, but I'm actually looking forward to getting my mouth in tip top shape with this crew.
