To this day, I can say it is one of the best decisions I have ever made. Dr Nguyen got my Little ones acid reflux under control, which allowed her (and me) to sleep longer stretches at a time. All of her recommendations and treatments were non evasive and so helpful. She has always been so patient, understanding and knowledgeable. Thank you Dr Nguyen!!

I'm very disappointed with my experience with the staff today…read more I called because I wanted to make an appointment for my daughter and briefly explained her symptoms and concerns. I was only trying to give the staff member enough information to understand why I was calling. Instead, she told me that I was talking too much and wasting her time, and that next time I shouldn't talk so much. I was honestly shocked and very upset by the way she spoke to me. In my past experiences with doctor's offices, staff usually ask what the problem is and why I need an appointment, so I thought I was doing the right thing. The doctor may be good, but the way this staff member treated me was extremely rude and made me feel very uncomfortable.

Her 2-month checkup had to be scheduled an entire month late because they had no appointments available. When I arrived 15 minutes late, despite calling ahead, they had already marked us as a no-show and refused to see us. They rarely answer their phones, and when they do, the staff are rude and dismissive. Our pediatrician didn't even realize we were her patients and repeatedly told me to schedule an appointment with "my doctor." I had to remind her that SHE was our doctor. I understand offices get busy, but a little compassion and flexibility for parents with newborns goes a long way. I've since switched pediatricians and would not recommend this office.

I am writing this review with a heavy heart because I truly love and respect the doctor at this…read moreclinic. The medical care is exceptional, but the office's billing system and front desk management are so disorganized and dishonest that I can no longer remain silent. I feel it is important to warn other parents about the administrative nightmares I have faced here. In October 2025, I brought both of my children in specifically for flu vaccines. I was explicitly told by the office staff that there would be no copay for flu shots. However, during a follow-up visit on January 8th for my eldest child's fever, the front office nurse suddenly claimed I owed a copay for the October visit. When I questioned this, she admitted the mistake and assured me she would remove the charge. Today, I received separate bills for both children with completely conflicting and nonsensical information: For my eldest: They claim I didn't pay the $25 copay for the January visit. This is false. I paid it on the spot, but they now claim that payment was applied to the October flu shot visit because I supposedly "asked a question" to the doctor, which they coded as a full office visit without any prior notice. For my youngest: They are charging a copay for the October flu shot visit. My youngest ONLY received the vaccine and no medical questions were asked, yet they are still demanding a copay and told me to "call my insurance" instead of fixing their own internal error. It is incredibly frustrating to be told one thing in person and then receive a completely different bill months later. The lack of transparency and the office's refusal to take responsibility for their billing errors is unacceptable. It's a shame that such a high-quality doctor is represented by such a disorganized and unprofessional front office. As much as I like the doctor, I cannot recommend this practice due to these dishonest and stressful billing practices. What hurts the most is that I genuinely wanted to support this local practice. Since I have a PPO insurance plan, I don't need a referral and could have easily gone to a local pharmacy or Costco for these flu vaccines. I chose to pay for parking and drive all the way here specifically to support the doctor's business. To be met with such dishonest billing practices and unprofessional excuses in return is deeply disappointing. I will no longer be going out of my way to support a clinic that treats its loyal patients this way.

They do accept our insurance which is a big part of finding a pediatrician. We were very shocked upon arrival to the medical building that the parking lot is a paid lot. This is disappointing because really- even going to the doctor costs to park? That doesn't seem right. It was only $2 for 2 hours but still; it made us late because we had to figure out how to pay it on our phone. What about older people that don't have smart phones? The next complaint I have to mention is the elevator service in the building. There are 3 elevators but only 1 seemed to work and it took a good 5-10 minutes for the elevator to arrive. A queue of people had stacked up waiting. This made us even more late. Not really an option to take the steps when you're recovering from a c section! The doctor's office was empty and clean enough. The receptionist handled paperwork quickly. We waited about 15-20 mins to be called in. They took baby's measurements right away and then led us to another room to await the doctor. I am giving 5 stars because the doctor was VERY nice and gentle with us. She was not intimidating or brazen. We aren't able to continue at her practice due to our stance on vaccines, but the doctor was very kind in telling us that we'll need to find a pediatrician that aligns with our opinion on that. Overall it was a positive experience and I think she would be great for people that agree with the practice's implementations of vaccines.
