Jessica possesses a lot of great qualities but the one I feel that truly sets her apart and makes her a remarkable leader is her ability to coach others. She helped me realize that I know the answers to questions I might ponder on. It just took some curiosity and patience on my behalf to draw them out. One of the greatest lessons I have learned in our coaching sessions is that it is okay to be vulnerable. We will not be able to fully experience life unless we put ourselves out there and regardless of the outcome we will be okay. In her capacity as a consultant, Jessica created a Peer Coaching program that was piloted in our department. Through my participation in that program, I was provided with tools to have more effective conversations in my professional and personal life. I have used that knowledge to have difficult conversations with colleagues and even coach and mentor those who report to me. I can't say enough great things about Jessica because in addition to being an amazing coach she is witty, personable, and possesses an extensive vocabulary that always has me in awe. #goals!!

One of my goals was to maximize my productivity in a remote setting. She helped identify tools to keep me focused and manage stress. I truly love my coaching sessions with Jessica because she provides a safe space free of judgment. She doesn't tell me what to do or think. She allows space for critical thinking and mindfulness. Her coaching has allowed me to give myself grace during moments of self-judgment. She showed me the importance of self-care. I am beyond grateful because her coaching deeply impacted my success and productivity in my workspace. I definitely recommend her services; she's a true gift.

She has a very gentle way of evoking a desire to fully understand what is happening deeply inside and why certain patterns were repeating themselves in my life. More importantly, Rachel holds a space where I feel safe enough to explore new ways to move forward from where I was previously stuck. Learning to say "YES" to myself and learning to give to myself the things that bring pleasure were such major breakthroughs for me! So many of my fears around deservability and worthiness have been released! Today, I fully believe in my ability to create a life that lives up to a much greater vision. My relationship with my husband and kids has improved because I've become more my true self, more relaxed, happy, capable, and excited about the future. Rachel is genuinely passionate, loving, supportive, and empowering, and I feed off of her great energy every time we meet! Rachel is one such person in my life. I found her online through a basic search and picked her simply due to her office location and the fact that she was a female. Little did I know how big of an impact this woman would play in my life. I knew I wanted to chart a new path in my journey and have the most fulfilling life I had ever imagined, but I didn't feel like I had the tools or know how to make that happen. This has been one of the MANY gifts Rachel has given me in the 3 or so years that I've had the honor of knowing her. Of course, I believe everyone is always a work in progress and I'm no exception, but to be blessed enough to have Rachel on my side, I have no doubts that I can accomplish anything that I want. It's not always easy or fun to see Rachel and I might break out into hives right before our visit, but without a doubt, 100% of the time, our time together ends and I leave feeling like a brand new person, with a little less weight on my shoulders and a few more tools in my tool belt to handle whatever needs to be handled. Rachel is an integral part of my team that supports me in pretty much every aspect of my life, whether she knows or intends to or not. To say that I recommend Rachel would be an understatement. Telling someone about her, for me, is knowing that if they make the decision to follow through with it, I have just given them a gift that has infinite possibilities in their life. She has been a true blessing and profound influence in my life and I feel very lucky that she was placed in my life.
