Michelle provided excellent feedback and the right amount of motivation to keep me moving forward. It has proven to be one of my best business decisions! I also attended one of Michelle's eight week women's groups for stress. Even though I had never been in group therapy before, Michelle's calm demeanor helped ease my anxiety. The meetings became a safe place for me to vent about difficulties in my life and learn tools to reduce my stress. I looked forward to our weekly sessions! If you are thinking about making the leap into private practice or are looking for a new therapist, I highly recommend Michelle. She has a very gentle way of evoking a desire to fully understand what is happening deeply inside and why certain patterns were repeating themselves in my life. More importantly, Rachel holds a space where I feel safe enough to explore new ways to move forward from where I was previously stuck. Learning to say "YES" to myself and learning to give to myself the things that bring pleasure were such major breakthroughs for me! So many of my fears around deservability and worthiness have been released! Today, I fully believe in my ability to create a life that lives up to a much greater vision. My relationship with my husband and kids has improved because I've become more my true self, more relaxed, happy, capable, and excited about the future. Rachel is genuinely passionate, loving, supportive, and empowering, and I feed off of her great energy every time we meet! Thank you, Rachel, for being such a wonderful coach and a true blessing to me and to those you impact.

Rachel is one such person in my life. I found her online through a basic search and picked her simply due to her office location and the fact that she was a female. Little did I know how big of an impact this woman would play in my life. I knew I wanted to chart a new path in my journey and have the most fulfilling life I had ever imagined, but I didn't feel like I had the tools or know how to make that happen. This has been one of the MANY gifts Rachel has given me in the 3 or so years that I've had the honor of knowing her. Of course, I believe everyone is always a work in progress and I'm no exception, but to be blessed enough to have Rachel on my side, I have no doubts that I can accomplish anything that I want. It's not always easy or fun to see Rachel and I might break out into hives right before our visit, but without a doubt, 100% of the time, our time together ends and I leave feeling like a brand new person, with a little less weight on my shoulders and a few more tools in my tool belt to handle whatever needs to be handled. Rachel is an integral part of my team that supports me in pretty much every aspect of my life, whether she knows or intends to or not. To say that I recommend Rachel would be an understatement. Telling someone about her, for me, is knowing that if they make the decision to follow through with it, I have just given them a gift that has infinite possibilities in their life. She has been a true blessing and profound influence in my life and I feel very lucky that she was placed in my life.

I had no idea what to expect and loved it! It was joyful, inspiring and flat out fun :) About 6 months later I realized that I seriously needed help getting myself motivated and decided to take Amanda up on an e-mail special she was offering. I am so very very glad that I did it. It has proved to be the best money I've spent in a decade!!! Amanda is an inspired active listener who has helped guide me to (and remind me of) the tools I already have within me and help me brainstorm for things outside my box. She is not afraid to gently ask hard questions that have encouraged me to move forward, branch out, and see myself clearly. I have found that weekly I make small changes after meeting with Amanda ... to the point that everything from my car to my haircut has become more authentic. I highly recommend connecting with Amanda if you are looking for help finding the courage and motivation to create the life you want to live. She is absolutely wonderful!

This is highly unprofessional either way, very likely violates laws against client privacy, and I will be speaking with an attorney about it today. Not sure who thinks that dismissing someone's pain with cliched toxic positivity in an email is a good way to start a relationship of any kind.  Suffice to say I didn't want anything else to do with her.
