Today they asked if I wanted soft or hard and I said hard- I meant it- so did they. While I never felt like my life was on the line, there were times when I was convinced I was losing a wrestling match. They did get every knot addressed and my super tight neck and shoulders finally have some relief. I definitely got my money's worth. I highly recommend.
