Kim knows what she's doing, my neck had been giving me heck for 5 weeks; I was so tight, Kim had to use her full body weight on a couple of upper back muscles. Kim answered all my questions, put up with me talking for 90 minutes and managed to loosen my neck-heck. She recommended a couple of exercises and some salve. The word for the day was "Stretching". Very nice, very knowledgeable and very good at massage. I highly recommend Kim.

I had a pampering deep tissue massage experience that combines the therapeutic pressure of deep tissue work with relaxing, spa-like comfort. The massage usually began in a calm setting with soft music, warm lighting, aromatherapy scents, heated towels, a warm massage table. Darby used firm, slow strokes and focused pressure to work into deeper layers of muscles and connective tissue. This helps release chronic tension, tight knots, stiffness, and stress buildup--especially in areas like the neck, shoulders, back, hips, and legs. After the session, I felt completely melted into relaxation. Awesome feeling! Book a session w her right now and u will not regret it. And ...... u r very welcome!!!!

Simone really relaxed my body overall using deep tissue massage in a few key spots. She was very grounded and allowed for a calm experience with just the right amount of verbal communication to be on the same page and not be chatting too long. Relaxing. Her extra touches of aromatherapy, hot stones and warm towels made me feel very cared for and the unpretentious but rustically luxurious vibe in the room was also right up my ally. Will definitely be seeing her again and spreading the word!

Kendall is a remarkable practitioner. I have been working with her regularly for a few months now,…read moreand she has provided me with a rich, restorative space to safely explore very challenging experiences, memories, and feelings. Through my work with Kendall, I have safely faced lot of my trauma, developed a much better connection to my emotional and spiritual body, and been able to reach new levels of vulnerability and intimacy in my relationships. She is a gifted and intuitive healer that is working, I believe, in a very important space. While my time with her is always restful and calming, she is facilitating inner work that can be intense and emotional. Before beginning our session, we have a check in about my intentions for the session, what's happening in my life that moment, and how I am feeling in my body. Once the session begins, she encourages me to share feelings, memories, and reflections as they arise during our sessions. Her energy work leads her to uncover areas of tension, blocks or stored trauma. She balances this with somatic breath work and visualization that helps me build a much stronger awareness of and connection to my body. I initially sought out a somatic body worker as a complement to more traditional talk therapy, to help access and work through trauma stored in my body. But I have come to find that my sessions with Kendall are an essential part of my inner work. We are lucky to have Kendall in our community.

I felt called to work with Kendall because I have some energetic blocks sexually that I think are tied to trauma held in my body that isn't normally accessible in my everyday consciousness. The whole session was just held really beautifully and sensitively, from talking over my intentions over herbal tea in her beautiful garden space, to the attention to detail opening the shamanic container in the session room, to checking in about how the session had been afterwards. I wasn't expecting to have such a profound, noticeable trauma release in the session, I experienced cathartic shaking, crying, and releasing of stuck trauma during the womb massage. I never felt alone and Kendall was perfectly attuned to my pacing, I felt safe to feel what I needed to feel and really felt like I was able to let something go and felt more spaciousness afterwards. This is deep sacred work and Kendall guides you empathically and skillfully, you couldn't be in better hands.

A session with May was like nothing  I have ever experienced before. Her title "Deep Intuitive…read moreHealing", truly does describe the experience accurately. She touched points in my body that were screaming to be touched, she touched them intuitively with pressure, and length that was spot on, incorporated vocal sounds that felt they were created for just me, and said affirmations that echod deep in my soul. The reason it is so powerful is because it is purely intuitive, it felt like she was a pure vessel for unseen beings, and my guides to work through. It was way outside of any box or format that can be taught. Her method is raw, real, and ridiculously spot on. I left feeling complete, seen, whole, and that my soul was fully welcomed into my body.
