The one that stands out was more like a fondling my skin rather than making any headway on knots in my muscles. It was expensive and it took a lot of time to fill out all of the contracts and medical info. Then one day I found myself in Crystal and was quite surprised that they don't care about my name. Don't make me write anything down. Take me to the back, soak my feet and give me whatever intensity of massage I ask for. Today they asked if I wanted soft or hard and I said hard- I meant it- so did they. While I never felt like my life was on the line, there were times when I was convinced I was losing a wrestling match. They did get every knot addressed and my super tight neck and shoulders finally have some relief. I definitely got my money's worth. I highly recommend. However, if you do not want a full intensity massage, do not say that you want your massage hard.
