I first met Jaiden and then I spoke with LaToya later - both individuals obviously have outstanding work ethics and are very experienced as well...plus they are kind and supportive people. And then on Monday, I met Raegan and Brooklyn who work alongside Dr. Adam in the surgical room/suite. It seems to me, that both Raegan and Brooklyn are very skilled and sensitive people, because I was a wee bit nervous and excited at the same time. We had some problems with filling (pain-uneven-reoccurring sensitivity), but other work was pretty good-- however, WE REFUSED to go back after realizing after repeated and we mean REPEATED occurrences the front desk staff was OVERCHARGING our insurance as well as slipping in miscellaneous charges to our billing. We indirectly ADDRESSED IT numerous times. WE WORK IN HEALTHCARE PEOPLE!!!! Once being taken back and getting X-rays, the dentist came in telling me that my gums were inflamed due to me having braces ( I didn't have my wires on, only brackets at that time). After enduring unbearable pain, and making several phone calls expressing my concerns, requesting for appointments or some type of antibiotics for treatment which may have resulted in some relief of the pain, I was told that a deep cleaning SHOULD help with the pain. Finally on April 12,2026, weeks of discomfort and denial of assistance, I contacted an emergency dental clinic, was seen immediately and the diagnosis was I needed a root canal and antibiotics. The infection could have entered my bloodstream, possibly resulting in death. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION FOR ANY SERVICE!!!

Took my wheelchair bound mother there for two extractions. It was okay but not great. The real problem is that they do not have a wheelchair ramp in the back of the building which is the only way they will let a patient exit. When I asked to let her out the front exit (with the ramp) they said No, they do this all the time. That is a major problem for me. Her chair is a transport chair not her big electric wheelchair that she has at home. The nurse pulled her down the three/four inch curb and bent the back frame. I told her this exit was really bad and her only concern was that I not put her face in any pictures I took of the curb. I will NOT be taking my mother back there.
