It seems to me, that both Raegan and Brooklyn are very skilled and sensitive people, because I was a wee bit nervous and excited at the same time. My sister is a Black woman, and the way Black employees were treated raised serious concerns for me. She also described what she felt was unequal treatment among employees. According to her, one white employee was allowed to contribute very little to the workplace without facing the same level of scrutiny or consequences as others. This created concerns about favoritism and unequal standards. I also learned about another Black female employee who reportedly passed out after being exposed to blood. She continued working there afterward but was reportedly fired approximately a year later. This raised additional concerns about how Black employees were treated. It seems to be a pattern with Black individuals in general. Seeing Dr. Gooch wearing a "Gulf of America" T-shirt also made me uncomfortable and contributed to my concerns about the workplace environment. Based on my sister's experience and what she shared with me, I would encourage anyone considering this office to carefully consider their options.

She had on gloves, but she kept touching the instruments with her hands and then putting them in my mouth I've had exams before a dentist office and I knew this was not right and it was very uncomfortable. I stopped her in the middle of the exam and told the receptionist that I was not comfortable and she understood. I explained my reasoning for believing, but they assured me that everything was sanitized. Regardless of things being sanitize, you're not supposed to touch the tools with your hands and then put them in the patient's mouth. Please look somewhere else before you go here.

Took my wheelchair bound mother there for two extractions. She has had a stroke so I try to go into…read moreevery doc visit with her, they let me in for the consultation but not the procedure so I can't speak to the level of service after that. It was okay but not great. The real problem is that they do not have a wheelchair ramp in the back of the building which is the only way they will let a patient exit. When I asked to let her out the front exit (with the ramp) they said No, they do this all the time. That is a major problem for me. Her chair is a transport chair not her big electric wheelchair that she has at home. The nurse pulled her down the three/four inch curb and bent the back frame. I told her this exit was really bad and her only concern was that I not put her face in any pictures I took of the curb. I will NOT be taking my mother back there.
