From the initial entrance, to my teeth cleaning and even leaving at the end of my visit, every interaction was professional, warm and welcoming and they seemed genuinely appreciative of Mt families business. I brought my 2 littles in with me, for my cleaning and the hygienist, Becca, was so sweet and grabbed 2 chairs for them. The waiting area is bright, clean and was decorated for valentines day. They had a mini bar with soft drinks, a coffee station and cute homemade treats by the front desk. I'm so glad I chose this place for our new dentist. We indirectly ADDRESSED IT numerous times. WE WORK IN HEALTHCARE PEOPLE!!!! We CAUGHT THIS EARLY ON and gave multiple instances outside of our initial realization to avoid repeating this without DIRECTLY accusing them of INSURANCE FRAUD! It was INSURANCE FRAUD! The assistant taking my teeth scans was kind and professional but I'm drawing a blank on her name, sorry!! Dr. Keith came in shortly after and was welcoming and so easy to talk to. He was really thorough explaining the process and all the necessary steps we would need to take to reach my desired smile. I really appreciated his attention to detail and answering all of my questions. He gave me a timeline on when I should receive pricing and the next steps. I also have to mention how comfortable the dental chair was that I was sitting/reclined in. They even have a TV mounted above for while you wait- especially cool for distracting kiddos!
