After services were done, I was blindsided with unexpected costs. When I questioned this, I was told it was "my responsibility" to find out -- even though insurance verification is literally Kelly's job. If the office expects patients to do all the work themselves, then there is no reason to employ an insurance coordinator. I will not return, and I will be warning others about this lack of professionalism

They had a mini bar with soft drinks, a coffee station and cute homemade treats by the front desk. I'm so glad I chose this place for our new dentist.
