On this first visit (there will be more), I had the Moroccan Chicken Soup and the Husky (open face Rullupylsa sandwich on Icelandic Brown Bread). I opted for this on my first visit as my grandma would make Rullupylsa and brown bread when I was a kid. While the Skyr yogurt is a specialty here, I'll save it for the next trip. I also want to try the Salmon on brown bread. The Egg Salad and Thor sandwiches looked good too.

I'd always get a half a Turkey Cheese Croissant sandwich and a cup of the ever-so-delicious Tomato Basil Soup! Now the soup is for sure what kept me coming back. It's the right balance of creamy and tomato balance with chunks of tomato and a perfect basil flavoring. It's even great in the summer! My friends that I had taken there, so keep going back too, and even order a good portion of the soup to go for take-home. It ambience is classy in the front room, with white table cloths and napkins. Some of the menu is on a little pricier side, but once you take your first bite you will understand why. The Chefs have a great handle on what they do and the VIP room rates one of the best for a classy menu in Fargo. Oh and Try the Quiche. Yum. So make your way into the Block Six building and down the stairs to a dinner/lunch you won't forget. But make it there before 2pm, because I am pretty sure they close for lunch around then, M-F. And they possible open back up for dinner in the evenings.

I usually get the lobster fettuccine, and my wife typically gets some kind of chicken dish. Everything we've had has been delicious. Service is always fast, attentive, and friendly as well. I also really like the atmosphere. It's nice and feels upscale, but it's not stuffy or overly formal. My only minor complaint is that I'm a big eater and wouldn't mind bigger portions, but that's certainly never stopped us from coming back. If you're looking for a nice date-night restaurant in Fargo with consistently great food, Mezzaluna is definitely one of our favorites.

It was fun and we got to try a lot of the menu! I would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a place to celebrate or just wanting good food!! Service: The servers routinely stopped by to bring our next course. Our main server was there at the perfect time to check in on how everything was tasting and getting our waters topped off. Overall everyone was also just friendly! Ambiance: While the atmosphere is on the more fancy side - there was still a causal essence to the place. A lot seating options for groups, couples wanting date night, people wanting just drinks, or those looking to stop in for a quick happy hour bite!

The menu has all the basics you want from a middle eastern place - but that Dubai brownie was the bomb! Moist enough but not doughy, with a delicate flavor and it melted in my mouth like a Ferrero Roche chocolate. I will be back for the food, but I am not sure I can leave without the desert.

Oh, dang, I guess I will have to go back to try those as well (like I wasn't planning to anyway). Give Daan a try. I am hoping it becomes a staple in the ever growing Fargo food scene.

Both were incredibly flavorful and perfectly cooked. We finished things off with a pistachio cannoli, which was also delicious. Street parking was easy to find this time of year, although we ended up walking over from our Airbnb. Definitely a fun find in Fargo!

The dining area is quite small, as was what I could see of the kitchen--but it's my understanding that the restaurant is moving into a bigger space this fall. Definitely would love to return and try more of the menu.
