I was yelling and struggling to hear what my friend or the waiter said, but the food was delicious. I decided to eat the consumme the next day so I stored it in the fridge. the cold consomme becomes a block of jello. I flipped it into a pot and warmed it up. It was a beefy broth with 2 slivers of beef. I'd skip the consomme next time.
