We opened it up and put it tigger that afternoon. It didn't work. The cars wouldn't run on the track. They moved a little and stopped. Or they flew off the track. I called the store that same day. We carefully put everything back after trying to use it for maybe 15 minutes. I took it in the store first thing the next day and the owner AJ said we had run it "a lot" false and he couldn't re sell it. I asked why would you want to sell something that doesn't work to begin with!! Incredibly rude and the worst customer service. We expected a track package that would actually work, not a scam.

No matte. Nothing complicated. They charged $73. Which could have been ok because it's small shop in Hanover NH (high rent). 1. It took 8 weeks. Dropped it off around 9/8. 2. Framer not in shop, they order frame to send to her off-site. 3. Took over 5 weeks to get the framed work -clerk told me 2-3 wks (had logistical excuses). 4. Framer didn't score the glass right, one edge wasn't clean. They charged a premium. 5. Didn't offer to fix; when I asked (since I'm paying $73), clerk had to text framer off-site and see IF she would fix it. 6. She would, but won't get to it until after 10/21 (whenever convenient for her). No delivery date. Since it's my diploma in a hostage situation, I had to endure. They messed up, charged a lot, no customer service/regret/communication (didn't call when it was going to take longer the first time), wasn't going to rush to correct a mistake. I called a week after 10/21 and they had no idea when I'll get my framed diploma; like I was bothering them by asking questions. 8 weeks of painful experience.

I had two pieces framed here last month and the turnaround time was 2 weeks, which is pretty speedy for this area. (The place in White River Junction took over a month for one small painting!) I think her prices are also fairly reasonable, but do check out the facebook page for frequent 20% off discounts. For price reference, two decently sized pieces (18"x20") were framed for roughly $230. I had picked out less expensive frames and used medium quality museum glass.
