Which I'm aware I'm at Homegoods but for the price the furniture costs at Homegoods I'm not compromising a piece full of scratches and them not willing to budge at least some discount on it. I am a coffee lover and enjoy buying their different flavored coffees all at a very reasonable price, around $5 a pound. Other things we've recently bought were dog bowls, a dog bed, and a frying pan. It's a great place to shop because they have so much stuff and it's reasonably priced.

Then the associate put that person on hold, finished ringing up my items and had me pay. Then instead of helping me bag up my items, the associate talked to the person on the phone. Meanwhile I'm still bagging up my stuff, the associate hung up the phone and then proceed to start the next person in line, while I'm still bagging up my stuff. I said "it would be nice to have help bagging up my stuff". The associate ignored me. So done with ocean state in Seymour! Never again shopping there. Why is it that phone calls get more entitlement then current paying customers?

Rusharn took apart the unit and showed me the mess that was left inside the unit that the last company had missed, it was pretty bad. The other company had not disassembled it completely, just did a surface cleaning. Rusharn was lovely to work with, efficient, on time, and so kind with our huge dog. And he charged less to clean and replace the pilot light than the other company did just to clean the unit! I will always use Black Swan form now on. They do get booked up in the winter (because they are so good!) so I made a note in the calendar to have them come out in the summer from now on, when the wait time is less. Highly impressed!

Ordered replacement glass for my woodstove and had it professionally installed. The glass was…read moresnuggly fit and it cracked after the stove ran for a few hours and then cooled down and I got it running again. This company said that the installer made the glass too tight and they wouldn't refund my money. I ordered a 2nd piece and had a guy install the 2nd piece. This time the guy showed me that the glass wasn't even snug in the stove. He could slide it around in the housing. This showed me it was looser than the just snug fitting I was told was how this glass should have been installed. The stove ran and then cooled down overnight. When I got the stove running again in the morning the new glass also broke. Keep in mind. I have 1 piece of original glass that was reinstalled by this technician with a new gasket at the same time as the first piece of replacement glass. That piece is perfectly fine and hasn't cracked. This company sells inferior products and should not be used.
