What is something NO BUSINESS should do with a customer's personal information. I'm not going to allow someone like this to steal $210 and then post all of my personal information on another site. I will be contacting his Police Department as soon as I can in his Township about him posting my personal information. Troy Emi has a history of doing what he did to me to other people aswell. Only customers had this same experience of him stealing and robbing them out of money. He stole my $210.00 an what he's doing now it's not acceptable. On top of that when we first had this issue what I forgot to mention was that he was sending me rude and nasty Facebook messages and Emails due to he was upset with me more or less of him harassing me and calling me racist slurs. I these had a BBB claim upped about Troy Emmi at Fanboy Collectibles because of him taking all my personal business information that I gave him and posting it on a different website for everyone to see. Troy never provided any of that information that he says that he has whatsoever to the Better Business Bureau. Almost as if he doesn't happen. The only thing he did was talk negative about me as a customer and about my past negative business experiences with other companies and businesses. Also the worker at Better Business Bureau I spoke to them by phone and she also said I should probably contact consumer relations about him or a lawyer do to him stealing the $210 of mine but most definitely about him taking all my personal information and posting it online. So Troy Emmi at Fanboy Collectibles is now believing that BBB is wrong? Also I did try to contact consumer relations by phone but because of covid data on take phone calls and to set up a complaint on this site is kind of hard for me. Something else Troy Emmi has said is "As for these new claims. If we were harassing you on Facebook why would you not just report us to Facebook? They would immediately close our account." Troy Emmi has me Blocked on Facebook. It's kind of hard to report something when you're blocked Troy. Now I have screenshots of that and everything else proving my point if you want it. So the first picture is of me logged into my Facebook and Gmail account and the 2nd is of me when I'm not. So yeah. Blocked. So yeah. I do care about this because I'm not going to have something steal $210.00 from me first and 2nd post my personal information online and have that be OK. After explaining my situation to the owner of Fanboy, Troy Emmi, he took his time to go over different options and even was able to help me preorder some rare items on his site, that no one else had available. He was basically 10%-15% below all the other companies and I have purchased about 4 more items since then and all we delivered as advertised in perfect condition. Some of these other reviewers seem to be focused on shipping issues which any owner has no control of.

The owner is himself a model builder and is knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to chat with. Overall this place is easy to recommend. When you're driving by, go slow because it's easy to miss the store. It's on one side of a strip mall and given the nearby tree coverage it's easy to miss.

So another relocation, but not just down the street this time. Unfortunately for me, the new place is 25 miles further north at the Jefferson Valley Mall. This is as far as you can go in Westchester county because Putnam county is just across the street. Like most malls across the country, JVM is not doing great, with not a lot of tenants or customers and it just seems to be barely hanging on. At least their anchor store, Macy's hasn't bailed yet. I'm hardly ever up this way, but when I am, I'll stop in at WTH to see any new stuff (and to see the old stuff). The new store has almost as big a footprint as the Galleria store, but way bigger than the previous White Plains mall one, which got the wrecking ball also (I'm not sure if that's a good omen). Everything was moved here, every plane, train & automobile (literally) and even Barbie (but no Oppenheimer). John told me he has big plans for the new store and to check back for new inventory soon. Each aisle has a hobby specialty. The biggest proportion is in the back where all the model trains reside. Glass cabinets are filled with vintage Lionel trains and other well known brands. The Hot Wheels collection made it over, as well as the Barbie and Hess truck collections. But my main hobby focus are model airplanes and ships and their collection of old kits is pretty impressive. They get new old kits all the time by buying up old collections and reselling. This trip, I got (3) 70's-80's nostalgic plastic airplane kits that I've had or wanted since I was a kid. What made it worse was eventually an employee (I believe the owner) looked me right in the eyes and didn't say anything and just ignored me. They had some good comics hanging on the wall and stuff seemed fairly priced. But honestly customer service and feeling welcomed goes much farther to me as a customer. If I don't feel welcomed or wanted then why would I bother wanting to give you my money? I'm not sure how people stay in business when they're not social with their customers.
