While I understand that accidents can happen during grooming, it was concerning that this wasn't mentioned or documented so we could monitor the area or seek treatment for potential infection, if necessary. My elderly mother, who picked up the dog, didn't notice the abrasions right away. When I saw her the next day, I immediately noticed both sides were cut. Upon speaking in person with the manager, she insisted it was just "allergies" and offered no apology or refund. This was very disappointing, especially since my mother recently moved here from South Carolina, where she had a groomer she absolutely loved and trusted. I would avoid this place given their lack of transparency and accountability.

She had gone into labor we had no idea one of the puppies was stuck SHE was trying but having them breach but one was stuck . Our puppy Junie was extremely reactive to other dogs and we felt like she would never get better. We enrolled her in the puppy elementary classes at about 5 months old. Kim and Jamaal were extremely accommodating and helpful throughout all of her behaviors, week after week.
