All the products are new in boxes. The man behind the counter was not overly friendly but he seemed busy working on an order or some inventory. As for a hobby shop, it is really not hobbies in the traditional sense where they are quite limited in the variety of things they carry. The military kits are moderately priced and the selection is good but could be better.
