I told the first worker I saw when I came out of the bathroom that it needed to be cleaned up. She said to me "it's cleaned every morning before the store opens!" It is literally the size of a Walmart filled to the brim with every supply for every sort of craft you can imagine. Aside from craft supplies the home décor section was quite extraordinary. If you are a fan of Home Goods, Wayfair, and the like you will love the home décor item selection here! I saw rugs, lights, drawer pulls (no more run of the mill Lowe's pulls for me!), artwork, baskets, home office supplies and the list goes on and on. If you are a fan of all things alpha - think large, or lit, small, or clear letters you will love the selection here. I haven't seen so many types and sizes of letters in one place...ever! Joanna Gaines would love this store! Did I mention they also have cards and party supplies? Whether you're planning a DIY wedding or hosting a baby shower they had the supplies to not only decorate, but craft, serve, and favors to boot. I didn't know but at the register with money in hand the cashier was happy to assist me obtain a coupon for 40% from my cell phone that I used right there and then! Prices were comparable to both AC Moore and Michaels, but the selection far exceeded the stock of the top three crafts stores; Ac Moore, Michael's, and Joann Fabrics combined! I told someone recently about my experience and she frowned on me because of the company's conservative views on gay marriage etc. Sorry, but not sorry! Paid for a new one and got it back. 1 month later the bobin case broke again. When I brough it in, the women said that the machine was basically garbage and I should just trash it (a Bernina Arista 200). Paid for a new bobin case just to get my machine back but was not happy with the customer service. While I was there, a women told me that they told her the same thing. The day I got it back I broke 4 needles. Finally drove to Hinkletown to have it serviced. They said the machine is fine, just the needle alignment was a mess. They fixed for a fraction of the price. I definitely would not bring a machine here, but based on the bad attitiude, I wouldn't do any business here.
