I told the first worker I saw when I came out of the bathroom that it needed to be cleaned up. She said to me "it's cleaned every morning before the store opens!" If you look at the pictures I have posted you will see... there is no way it got this nasty in a just a few minutes.

It is literally the size of a Walmart filled to the brim with every supply for every sort of craft you can imagine. Aside from craft supplies the home décor section was quite extraordinary. If you are a fan of Home Goods, Wayfair, and the like you will love the home décor item selection here! I saw rugs, lights, drawer pulls (no more run of the mill Lowe's pulls for me!), artwork, baskets, home office supplies and the list goes on and on. If you are a fan of all things alpha - think large, or lit, small, or clear letters you will love the selection here. I haven't seen so many types and sizes of letters in one place...ever! Joanna Gaines would love this store! Did I mention they also have cards and party supplies? Whether you're planning a DIY wedding or hosting a baby shower they had the supplies to not only decorate, but craft, serve, and favors to boot. Did I mention that you can sign up for email offers and obtain coupons online? I didn't know but at the register with money in hand the cashier was happy to assist me obtain a coupon for 40% from my cell phone that I used right there and then! Prices were comparable to both AC Moore and Michaels, but the selection far exceeded the stock of the top three crafts stores; Ac Moore, Michael's, and Joann Fabrics combined! Do the math -- that's over 3x more product for less money. When I brought this up at the register, the employee straight-up told me they couldn't honor the online price. No apology, no effort to help, not even a 30% discount to meet me halfway. Just a cold, "Sorry, we can't do that." Needless to say, I won't be shopping here again. I'll be ordering my ingredients online or going somewhere that values customers -- like Hobby Lobby, where I actually feel appreciated. This place lost my business over a $3 difference and a lack of basic customer care. Do better.

It's not the employees faults, though. The ones with whom I interacted were pleasant. And of course, I want to be asked, because I do need help. Like any big box store, it's not intuitively laid out.
