The Lewisville location is not as well kept as some of the other ones in the area. Plus, the lines are consistently long and slow moving to reach gruff employees at the registers. Evidently, that doesn't deter customers since they have outlived Joann's across the parking lot and continue to thrive with a Michael's a couple doors down. More impressively, they've managed to do it despite the fact that they're closed on Sundays. As a mecca for all things arts and crafts related, they take full advantage by charging top dollar for their goods. Therefore, it's not economical to shop outside of sales and/or without coupons.

After calling customer a number of times to make appointments with technicians to address this, I was finally able to meet one to assess our situation. He checked our lines inside the house and determined the problem was with the line leading to the house. With my patio deck collapsed, it was not safe for him to roam in my backyard. He tried the access it, ringing my neighbors' doorbell in hopes of accessing the line A familiar technician came last week and was able to gain access to the non-working pole and repair the line. Since I work during the day, I was not able to give him access and arranged for another technician to come over after I returned home from the office. After working with our box inside the building, the line was active again.... sigh and whew. Though this was a challenge in getting repaired, I appreciate the people who made this happen. Thank you to Brenda from the office of the president in Dallas for keeping everything moving till it was fixed. Thank you to Jessie, the familiar local technician who repaired the wire issue. Thank you to Randy for coming by just before your work day ended and making sure the line was active again. Thank you to Carlos, the area manager who periodically checked with me on the progress. I appreciate that AT&T took my letter to heart and appreciate the concession on my bills while the line was down. Take a bow for going that extra mile.
