Miss Kathy does all of my frames! I forgot to take a pic of the last one before I wrapped it as a gift for my buddy and his wife, but man it is it gorgeous! I have no creative ability - I'm always like, "maybe a black border?" She's sweet to me, too, and says "that sounds nice, but what if you did this?" Walked in looking for just a few simple things. Walked passed 4 different employees as I navigated the store and not one greeted or acknowledged me. I decided not to spend my money there. As I exited the store the cashier didn't even look up from her phone. I love Hobby Lobby. read more

Sort of a disappointment... Only game in town. Good luck finding anyone while you are in the store. It feels as if it is abandon.... Since the store is here to inspire creativity I vote that they add: Tumbleweeds rolling through at the store. & appropriate music to convey the loneliness and emptiness that is exuded down every aisle... At least amuse or forewarn incoming clients. Finally after my 30 minute wait, by the counter at the "frames area" and calling managers on their inside house line. I became bored and started taking pictures of the empty store. How can you get customers if you don't have anyone to help? Somehow, magically after the very next moment after I took that photograph; A perturbed assistant manager told me that there were little buttons scattered throughout store to get assistance. HA! I would like to add that these buttons are conveniently hidden... Scattered randomly behind paraphernalia and in weird spots. Laughable... if I wanted to go for Easter egg hunt all over the store to look for someone I would've done so already. I am not interested in an added bonus of looking for buttons & people. Really these are my two options? How about hire people!? read more

We had to have a Jazz Feast poster hardware redone. The lady who helped us could not have been nicer. Customer service there is wonderful!

Unbelievable! Went in to the store yesterday evening and was waiting in line to check out behind four customers. There are six cash registers but only one was open. I was thinking to myself, surely that young guy barely stocking shelves and ignoring me when I'm obviously looking for something will at least come over here and help the one cashier....NOPE. Oh, he came over to stare in to space once, another to put a shopping cart away and yet another to approve a check. YEP - HE'S THE MANAGER! Meanwhile, 2-3 others were now behind me. So, we are 6-8 customers deep at this point. The cashier Elaine was very nice and obviously the only one actually working. Manager Wes needs to rethink his career goals. Now, if you have plenty of time to waste and you have no questions, please head over there. Brick and mortar stores are becoming extinct because of this kind of "customer service". I'm going back to Hobby Lobby or online shopping. read more
