I have been getting dip powder nails by the owner Carol for many years. Today I went in for my…read morescheduled appointment and was treated very unprofessionally. I am sorry that Carol is so heartless. I asked her several times to put on gloves because her long nails were hurting me. She completely ignored me until I said stop a little louder. She just stood up and said I can't do your nails. She had already filed the top of 3 of my nails. If you go there make sure you use another nail tech not the owner, Carol. She also has the appointment book on her table and answers the phone while she is working on you so you are not getting her full attention. She also uses a brush on your nails to dust them which is dirty

Easily one of the worst nail experiences I've had in the ten years of getting my nails done. It was…read moremy first time getting the dip powder done and was compelled to go here based on the rave reviews. The owner did my nails, she was sweet for the most part but was doing my nails as well as another girl, which is frustrating because it delays my process, keeps me there longer as well as her getting distracted. Toward the end she was rushing and no longer shaping my nails as it seemed that she had overbooked the salon. She got up 2 times to do eyebrow waxes. Truthfully I am a waitress and I understand that things happen and running a business isn't easy, but my nails ended up translucent instead of a soft teal and I paid to sit there for over an hour for it. I would say given how many salons do dip powder, don't waste your time

I have been going to Wonder Nails since I was about 15 years old (I'm 31 now.) I started out with…read moresimple manicure/pedicure, eyebrow/lip waxing with the amazing Elsa (rest in peace) for many years. Every single time I go there, I get exactly what I want and with excellent quality. Once a month I endulge and get a pedicure. Their baths and chairs are well cleaned, and I don't have to worry about getting any kind of infection after being there. Their options are also pretty unique and put a nice touch on a pedicure experience. For the last five or six years, I have been specifically going to Nikki (the owner) for my nails. Every time I go to see her, I always get the same thing: a refill (on my real nails) and gel nail polish with a design. It doesn't matter how crazy of a design I show Nikki, or how impossible my request might be. Nikki delivers EVERY TIME. Her work is so impressive, that not a day goes by without someone commenting on my nails, or asks me where I get them done. Even my students comment on how cool they look each month! I've also visited other states and have gotten the same reaction. My answer is always the same- "Go see my girl Nikki at Wonder Nails!" Not only is her work outstanding, the entire store is a great atmosphere to be in. It's not overwhelming with different nail polish smells and it isn't a loud place to be in. Regardless of how long you're there for, you will truthfully be relaxed from start to finish. After I figure out how to include some work of Nikki's, I hope you can get a better understanding of how much her work is appreciated. There are so many nail salons that cut corners, rush, and don't leave their customers feeling happy. But every time I walk out of Wonder Nails, I walk out feeling like a million bucks. Next month, I'll be moving to Delaware for a teaching job. I will STILL have Nikki do my nails because she is worth the trip! Thank you for always going above and beyond, Nikki!

The bald guy by the front desk has a very nasty attitude & not all nail techs are qualified! Worst service I've ever received from a nail salon & I've been getting my nails done for over a decade at various establishments. Do NOT book Alex for Dip powder nails. She is very nice & honestly she tried to fix her mistakes but she lacks the skills for proper application and needs more practice.
