He was able to pull a tooth that needed removal and save a bridge at the same time . It could have been a very costly visit . He is currently working up a few scenarios for me to choose from for my remaining dental work . It will be rather extensive work , but he is doing this to give me my best options at the most reasonable costs. I'm super happy with their service so far and absolutely recommend giving them a try . My insurance was billed an unusually large amount for a routine cleaning, which nearly exhausted my benefits in a single visit. I returned for a recommended treatment plan, expecting better results, but ended up paying a substantial amount out of pocket. Unfortunately, the work performed by Dr. Yip did not meet expectations, and I ultimately had to seek care from my previous dentist to have the issue properly corrected. Based on both the cost and the quality of care, I would not return or recommend this office.

When I showed up for my appointment, I went back exactly on time; more bonus points! Then during my cleaning and checkup, the hygienist gave me the most thorough examination I've ever had. She checked around my mouth and neck for total mouth care. And to top it off, she gave a very gentle cleaning and was careful not to cut my gums. At then end when the dentist showed up, he gave suggestions for future care, but wasn't pushy. Best experience I've had at a dentist office.

The extraction and implant went very well, and I was very happy with the care I received from him. Unfortunately, my experience with the office staff was very different. I was understandably nervous and had several questions about the procedure, insurance estimate, paperwork and follow-up scheduling. I frequently felt rushed or as though my questions were an inconvenience rather than something they were willing to explain. My dentist made this appointment for me, and the only information I received beforehand was an automated text. I wasn't given a link to complete paperwork online, yet when I completed it at the office I was told that I could have done it online. I wouldn't have known where to find it. I was also concerned about the consent process. I signed several items electronically and asked for a copy of what I had signed. I was shown a laminated consent form that did not appear to contain all of the same wording I had just seen electronically, and when I asked for a copy of the electronic version, I was told that it was electronic and therefore they couldn't give me a copy. I intend to request it through the office in writing. Overall, I would absolutely recommend the surgeon based on my experience with him. I just wish the rest of the patient experience had reflected the same level of patience and communication, particularly with someone who was clearly nervous about having oral surgery.
