Just one example - my son's car insurance went through the roof due to an accident he was involved in. Mark stepped in and spent half a day researching other companies for the lowest rate. Then personally contacted them and made sure the new policy was written and in force by the end of the day. Understand, he did all this for another insurance company - he was loosing business and giving it to another insurance company. The agent from the other company was astounded that Mark would do this. He told me to make sure I stay with Mark as my insurance agent. I can't recommend Mark high enough!

My truck was broken into and all of my tools were stolen. It was absolutely devastating, and when I was having issues navigating the claim with the adjuster, Anthony stepped in to save the day, and in many respects, my business as well. It opened my eyes to the importance of having a trusted broker on your side who you can work with directly rather than just simply buying a policy from a major agency. I highly recommend the entire team at TWFG.

They have been and are EXTREMELY responsive to any inquiries made. Recently, we were able to get a policy binder in place for a multi-unit residential property in less than 24 hours, which was a pleasant surprise compared to other insurance agencies that have taken days or even weeks to respond to our inquiries, if they responded at all. I can't recommend Michele and her team highly enough, and would give them 10 stars on Yelp if I could.

I had no problem getting quotes from 5 other places and submitted all the documentation verifying he was 100% not at fault. The claim came up in the insurance claim database but was excluded. Uneducated Kristie was unaware and refused to believe that insurance companies will pay a claim immediately even though the driver wasnt at fault because they want to avoid media or litigation in the long run.
