As an Interior Designer turned Sales Rep, take my word for it - ACo is amazing!!!!…read more I met some of the team at ACo when I was selling commercial flooring and had them as one of my customers. Once I decided to renovate my master bathroom, I decided they would be my first to call b/c I knew the team there and knew they did great work! Well, they didn't disappoint. I worked with Kayley Vargo, (one of the interior designers there who I also knew from the commercial design community), on how to make my bathroom dream a reality. Her patience, skill, and creativity made her a perfect advocate for my design needs. Kayley helped me figure out the best use of a challenging space and was incredibly helpful when working with me on finding the best products to use, etc. She and I had an absolute blast designing the space!! From there, I had an amazing project manager, Bill Cundiff, who "held my hand" through the entire process, was readily available with any questions I had. Bill truly went above and beyond for my project. Without his knowledge and expertise, I doubt this project would've gone as smoothly as it did. In addition to Bill, all the tradespeople who worked on my project were wonderful as well. Their attention to detail and skill was very apparent in the finished result. In the end, I have only amazing things to say about ACo. They were a dream to work with and the bathroom I have now is even better than I could've imagined. Many, many thanks to the team at ACo for helping me realize my vision and for being such amazing people in the process. If you're looking for help on any home design/renovation needs, (or commercial needs for that matter), look no further, ACo is the best.

We are Costco members and that's how we found ACO. The sales man told us our flooring options were…read morelimited with Costco (only 4 styles) and he'd recommend using ACO's line/options. Whatever that's fine... I found it odd the salesman wanted to show me sooo many options via text and only brought 2 to my house to look at it in person. I really liked one of the options though so it worked out. Scheduling was easy, the team was at our house on time to install, and were done in a couple hours. That said, I'm pretty confident in my assessment that the floors that were installed were not what I picked out. What I picked was very light, grey, almost concrete looking. What was installed was very dark and a lot of brown tones... it's like it's the same style but the wrong color was ordered. I mentioned this to both the project manager and the salesman, neither acknowledge me. For that reason I wouldn't use them again and unlikely to recommend to my family and friends.

While Brown didn't have the right floor look that we wanted, we liked Bob so much because he knew the business and he was so knowledgeable and helpful, never pushy. But he always returned calls as he said he would and was a true professional. Other vendors seemed disorganized, were slow in responding and frankly acted like we were an imposition. In the end, even though another company had the wood flooring that we wanted we asked Brown to order the material so that they could do the project. The crew that did the work was on time each day and very professional. They stripped and stained one room and professionally installed new hardwoods in two other rooms. Two months after the project has been completed, we have been admiring the work and showing it off to friends. Other quotes included a needless sub floor to get the new floor even with the existing tile in other parts. The Brown crew leveled the joints at no additional cost and the floor joint was perfectly level. we are so happy we went with someone that obviously knew the business and had the right crew that knew how to get the job done right the first time in the stated time. We would happily recommend to anyone and would use Brown for future work.
