After the service, the floors were still visibly dusty (see attached photo of a paper towel after wiping the floor), and we even found dirty dishes put back in the cupboards, not to mention other areas not fully cleaned. When we raised these concerns with the company, they refused to address them in any fashion--citing a policy requiring that any such issues be reported in 24 hours. Since this was our first cleaning, we didn't catch the policy when booking, and we were traveling over the weekend, so we couldn't have addressed it immediately anyways. Still, the company showed no willingness to make an exception or correct the issue. For the price charged, I expected a much higher level of quality and accountability. Instead, we were left with subpar service and rigid, unhelpful customer support. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a professional and reliable cleaning service.

She even got her hands dirty and cleaned a few things so that the housekeepers could leave and so that I wouldn't be charged extra.
